Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种整体式容器。
背景技术
这种以要给出的内容物充满的容器已知有不同的形状并用于不同的给出内容物的使用目的。例如可以是安瓿式容器,它们含有药剂,从容器中给出药剂用于注射、输液或类似目的。
不仅在医药应用领域而且在一般的技术应用中,其中从容器中给出的内容物用于治疗或处理过程,在此有时存在问题,待给出的物质是一种药剂复合物,它们在共同储存性方面是不相容的。换言之,当开始使用这种双组分物质时,才允许这些要分开保存的药剂混合成要从容器中给出的物质。分开储存和在使用前才开始药剂混合的要求以不利的方式导致增加的储存费用和繁琐的操作。
由DE3833036A1已知一种双腔式容器,尤其是安瓿,由两个容器构成。这两个容器彼此相邻设置、可拆卸地连接并且通过可去除的塞子封闭。一个容器具有颈部,它形成填充和/或排出口,后者带有朝颈部开口端逐渐变细的外部圆锥形部件。另一容器具有颈部,它形成填充和/或排出口,后者带有与所述一个容器的外部圆锥形部件对应地配置的朝其容器内部逐渐变细的内部圆锥形部件。
发明内容
由现有技术提出本发明的目的是,提供一种上述形式的容器,它能够简单地储存和操作。
在一个上述形式的容器中按照本发明这个目的由此得以实现,按本发明的容器,具有一孔口,用于给出位于容器中的能流动或倾倒的物质,并且具有一个封闭此孔口的封闭装置,为了露出孔口可以取下该封闭装置,其中,一个规定用于容纳一种附设于容器内容物的添加物之辅助容器可取下地安置在容器上,该辅助容器具有一个通过取下一个封盖可以露出的用于倒出添加物的倒出装置,并且该辅助容器通过其外露的倒出装置可以在取下容器的封闭装置以后安置在容器的孔口上,以便为了添加物的添加而构成一个在辅助容器与容器之间的向外密封的通道;以及,所述容器与其封闭装置以及辅助容器与其封盖由塑料制成一体的主体,在该主体上形成薄弱位置,这些薄弱位置构成给定断开位置,在这些给定断开位置上所述容器的封闭装置和辅助容器为了取下而可以与容器分开;以及,在辅助容器的倒出装置上形成一个薄弱位置,该薄弱位置构成一个给定断开位置,用于使封盖分离以露出倒出装置;其特征在于,所述容器以一安瓿的形式构成,其孔口位于一个与安瓿主轴线同轴地伸出的颈部上,所述主体在安瓿的颈部上通过一个在安瓿主轴线方向上延伸的凸肩延长,在此凸肩上形成安瓿的封闭装置、辅助容器以及所述构成给定断开位置的薄弱位置。
通过按照本发明的位于容器与含有添加物的辅助容器之间的可松开连接而简化储存,因为两种药剂构成一个储存单元,尽管它们相互是分开的。用于给出物质所需的操作在极大程度上简化,因为添加物相对于容器内容物的添加特别简单且舒适地以这种方式实现,使辅助容器通过其倒出装置可以与容器的孔口联接。由容器和安置在其孔口上的辅助容器构成的单元可以被摇动,以便例如使两种药剂顺便实现所需的混合,或者,当添加物涉及一种一定颗粒尺寸的可倾倒药剂,例如一些大的颗粒形状、如药片,则可以促使穿过辅助容器与容器之间的通道。
如果要被添加的物质涉及高度敏感的产品,例如对于药物就是这种情况,在那里要满足无菌包装的国际标准,则所述容器以有利的方式按照有关的技术作为bottelpackR-系统已知的方法进行加工。这种方法能够以经济的方式实现容器的自动成型(吹制或真空成型)、充满和封闭。
对应于这种系统或者也在使用其它的制造方法时最好使容器与其封闭装置以及辅助容器与其封盖由塑料制成为一体的主体(Koerper),在该主体上成形出薄弱位置,它们构成给定断开位置,在该位置可以使容器的封闭装置分离并且使辅助容器从容器上取下来。由此以简单的方式不仅能够打开容器而且能够取下辅助容器,以便能够分开地操作它们。
最好也在辅助容器的倒出装置上成形出一个薄弱位置,它构成一个使辅助容器的封盖分离的给定断开位置,用于露出辅助容器的倒出装置。
如果容器涉及一个安瓿类型,其孔口设在一个与安瓿主轴线同轴地伸出的颈部上,则可以使由容器和辅助容器构成的主体单元这样构成,使得它在安瓿的颈部通过一个在安瓿主轴线方向上延伸的凸肩延长,在此凸肩上成形出容器的封闭装置、辅助容器以及所述构成给定断开位置的薄弱位置。
所述主体的这个凸肩可以在邻接容器的封闭装置和邻接辅助容器的封盖的局部区域以平板的形式构成,因此构成把持面,借助于它们可以使封闭装置以及辅助容器通过给定断开位置舒适地与容器分开。

具体实施方式
参考附图借助一个安瓿形式的容器的实例描述本发明,该容器按照在有关的技术中已知的bottelpackR-系统由热塑性塑料材料一体地制成。在这个制造和灌充容器的方法中至少一软管塑化的塑料材料挤入一个敞开的模具里面。在闭合下模具部分的过程中在软管上进行用于形成容器底的焊接过程。所述软管、或者在形成多个容器时许多软管,在模具上方为了形成一个相关的注入孔通过一个分隔部件分开。然后使模具通过具有打开的注入孔或打开的多个注入孔的单元移动到一个灌注位置,在该位置上,在通过吹入空气或真空成型扩展而形成容器形状之后使容器或多个容器配有充填物。然后在容器或多个容器的顶面上实施一个头部焊接过程,由此建立已灌注单元的封闭。
图1示出一个按照bottelpackR-系统加工制成的单元,它具有一个整体以1表示的一体的主体,在其上已灌注的、安瓿式的容器3形成下端部的主体端部部分。该容器3具有一个与安瓿主轴线5同轴地向上伸出的颈部7,它具有容器孔口8。在颈部7上沿安瓿主轴线5的方向向上延伸一个主体凸肩9,如图1所示,在此凸肩上成形一个构成容器孔口8之封盖的封闭装置以及一个辅助容器13作为主体凸肩9的集成的组成部分。在主体凸肩9的组成部分之间形成薄弱位置21,它们构成给定断开位置,用以使各组成部分的和在此实现的封闭装置11从容器孔口8之取下的分离。

图4示出在使用时接着的情况,其中将所述辅助容器13与包含在其中的药片27形式的添加物安置到容器3的孔口8上,以使药片27通过倒出装置25和孔口8倾倒进容器3中。如同图5所示,辅助容器13上的倒出装置25构成一个与容器3颈部7配合的、可以插到颈部7上的连接套29,通过它可以在辅助容器13与容器3内腔之间构成一个向外密封的通道。现在可以摇动这样构成的、再封闭的单元,以使加入到容器3里面的药片27以所期望的方式溶解并且使这样加入到容器3里面的添加物与其余的容器内容物混合。图6示出,在取下辅助容器13后可以通过现在外露的孔口8给出容器3的配有添加物的内容物。
不言而喻,在作为添加物表示的药片27的位置上可以在辅助容器13中设有其它的可倾倒或流动的添加物,它附加于容器3的内容物。当然,对于容器3和辅助容器13可以设有与在附图中所示的不同的容器形状,并且代替所提及的bottelpackR-系统可以使用其它的用于形成由容器和辅助容器组成的单元的加工方法。
Claims (5)
1. 一种容器(3),具有一孔口(8),用于给出位于容器(3)中的能流动或倾倒的物质,并且具有一个封闭此孔口(8)的封闭装置(11),为了露出孔口(8)可以取下该封闭装置,其中,一个规定用于容纳一种附设于容器(3)内容物的添加物(27)之辅助容器(13)可取下地安置在容器(3)上,该辅助容器具有一个通过取下一个封盖(23)可以露出的用于倒出添加物(27)的倒出装置(25),并且该辅助容器(13)通过其外露的倒出装置(25)可以在取下容器的封闭装置(11)以后安置在容器(3)的孔口(8)上,以便为了添加物(27)的添加而构成一个在辅助容器(13)与容器(3)之间的向外密封的通道;以及,所述容器(3)与其封闭装置(11)以及辅助容器(13)与其封盖(23)由塑料制成一体的主体(1),在该主体上形成薄弱位置(21),这些薄弱位置构成给定断开位置,在这些给定断开位置上所述容器(3)的封闭装置(11)和辅助容器(13)为了取下而可以与容器(3)分开;以及,在辅助容器(13)的倒出装置(25)上形成一个薄弱位置(21),该薄弱位置构成一个给定断开位置,用于使封盖(23)分离以露出倒出装置(25);其特征在于,所述容器以一安瓿(3)的形式构成,其孔口(8)位于一个与安瓿主轴线(5)同轴地伸出的颈部(7)上,所述主体(1)在安瓿(3)的颈部(7)上通过一个在安瓿主轴线(5)方向上延伸的凸肩(9)延长,在此凸肩上形成安瓿(3)的封闭装置(11)、辅助容器(13)以及所述构成给定断开位置的薄弱位置(21)。

3. 如权利要求2所述的容器,其特征在于,所述主体的凸肩(9)在邻接安瓿(3)的封闭装置(11)和邻接辅助容器(13)的封盖(23)的局部区域上以平板(15,17,19)的形式构成,所述平板构成把持面,借助所述把持面使封闭装置(11)和辅助容器(13)通过分开给定断开位置而可以舒适地从安瓿(3)上取下来。
4. 如权利要求3所述的容器,其特征在于,在辅助容器(13)上设有一个把持面(19),用于使封盖(23)从倒出装置(25)上取下来。
5. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述辅助容器(13)的露出的倒出装置(25)以一个可以套接到安瓿(3)的颈部(7)上的连接套(29)的形式构成,以便在辅助容器(13)与安瓿(3)之间形成密封的通道。
