Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种尤其用于加工铝塑性合金的麻花钻,包括一个钻杆和一个一直延伸到钻头尖的切削部分,沿切削部分设有螺旋形排屑槽,同时形成钻芯.
背景技术
在加工铝塑性合金例如AlMgSi1或AlMgSi0.5时,使用传统的刀具或麻花钻,例如由于粘着导致刀具非常有限的寿命.即使使用油质的或含油的润滑剂也不会有令人满意的效果,尤其是因为在汽车车体的制造中采用这种润滑剂来延长刀具的寿命不可能是毫无顾忌的.其原因在于必须始终保证在车体上的焊接和/或涂漆工作以及粘合工作,以及在车体继续加工前出自于成本和需要空间位置的原因,不能实施清洗过程.
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供前言所述类型的麻花钻,用它也能加工铝塑性合金.采用本发明在成批生产过程中当钻孔深度尤其约为钻头直径的五倍时,应能切削加工这种材料.
麻花钻钻芯厚度或钻头或钻刃直径的缩小,相对于100mm的钻头长度逐渐缩小0.5mm至0.9mm,优选为0.8mm.特别优选的一次后角为18°,而优选的二次后角为25°.麻花钻的顶角恰当的是120°.
按ISO标淮5419,一次或侧后角是在刀具后面与一个平面之间的夹角,这一平面包含钻刃和在钻刃上所选的一个点处所取的切削运动方向,所述的夹角在所选点处垂直于半径的平面内测量.此夹角在钻刃处计量.副后角或标准后角是主后面与一个平面之间的夹角,这一平面包含钻刃和在钻刃上选择的点处所取的切削运动方向,所述的夹角在所选点处垂直于钻刃的平面内测量.
按有利的设计,麻花钻恰当地有两个内部冷却孔,它们通向在钻头尖区域的主后面中.排屑槽的螺旋角或扭转角约为30°.在这种特别适用于直径大于6mm的钻头的几何尺寸情况下,恰当地设两个内部冷却孔.当扭转角或螺旋角同样有利地约为40°时,恰当的是不设内部冷却孔.这种几何尺寸特别适用于钻头直径小于或等于6mm的麻花钻.
按特别优选的设计,麻花钻切削部分的表面首先磨削到平均粗糙度为 接着将相应的表面精密磨削到平均粗糙度为RA≤0.1.恰当的是,精密磨削不仅在排屑槽内而且在切削部分的主后面和副后面以及导向刃带上进行.
按本发明,麻花钻的顶角为115-125°,优选为119.5-120.5°.
按另一种恰当的设计,在钻头尖的区域内计量的刃背的背部宽度是钻头直径的50%,但优选小于钻头直径的50%.
采用本发明获得的优点尤其在于,使用具有所述几何尺寸以及所述钻头表面具有涂层的麻花钻,在成批生产过程中钻孔深度至少是钻头直径五倍的情况下,可以无粘着地切削铝塑性合金.与此同时钻头的磨损显著减轻并达到长的使用寿命或服务年限.此外,通过适当地提高切削量可以达到特别短的加工时间.

具体实施方式
在所有的图中彼此对应的部分采用相同的附图标记.
图1表示一个麻花钻1,它有一个基本上圆柱形的基体,基体包括一个钻杆2和一个具有切削长度l的切削部分3.在麻花钻1或其切削部分3的外表面内成形两个沿直径对置的排屑槽4.排屑槽4螺旋状地绕麻花钻1中心线5延伸以及通向麻花钻1的构成钻头尖6的端侧.麻花钻1的中心线5同时是其旋转轴线,麻花钻1在其使用时可绕旋转轴线旋转.
此外麻花钻1有两个主后面7和两个主钻刃8以及两个副后面9,后者分别包括一个导向刃带10和一个副钻刃11.螺旋角或扭转角β优选为27-33°,恰当地30°,或37-43°,恰当地40°.顶角γ优选为119-121°.
在图2所示的端视图中可以看到通入主后面7内的润滑剂内部冷却通道孔12.在加工铝塑性合金时,为了脉冲控制最小润滑量,润滑剂通过冷却通道孔12导引以及作为含有大量空气的润滑油雾喷射在要切削的孔表面上.
排屑槽4以及恰当地还有主后面7及导向刃带10均进行抛光,亦即精磨到平均粗糙度RA≤0.1.在这里,切削部分3的表面用适当的磨粒,例如D46,首先磨削到平均粗糙度为 在接着用适当的磨粒,例如D20,精密磨削工序中,加工到平均粗糙度RA≤0.1.此外,排屑槽4以及主后面7、副后面9和导向刃带10设有涂层,恰当的是DLC涂层.

按图1所示,麻花钻1的钻头直径D从钻头尖6出发朝钻杆2方向缩小到钻头直径D′,所以D′小于D(D′<D).麻花钻1的钻头直径D优选的连续缩小量,从钻头尖6或设在那里的横向钻刃15出发,相对于100mm的钻头长度逐渐缩小约为0.8mm.
按图3所示,附加地或与之不同,钻芯直径或钻芯14的钻芯厚度DK朝钻杆2方向优选连续减小.麻花钻1的钻芯直径DK的缩小量,从钻头尖6或设在那里的横向钻刃15出发,相对于100mm的钻头长度逐渐缩小同样约为0.8mm.
Claims (17)
1. 一种麻花钻(1),包括一个钻杆(2)和一个一直延伸到钻头尖(6)的切削部分(3),其特征在于,

在钻头尖(6)处的钻芯厚度(DK)为钻头直径(D)的12-18%,
钻芯厚度(DK)从钻头尖(6)朝钻杆(2)的方向逐渐缩小,以及
一次后角(α1)为16-22°并且二次后角(α2)为22-30°。
2. 一种麻花钻(1),包括一个钻杆(2)和一个一直延伸到钻头尖(6)的切削部分(3),其特征在于,

9. 按照权利要求1或2所述的麻花钻,其特征在于,一次后角(α1)为17.5-18.5°.
10. 按照权利要求1或2所述的麻花钻,其特征在于,二次后角(α2)为24.5-25.5°.
11. 按照权利要求1或2所述的麻花钻,其特征在于,麻花钻的顶角(γ)为115-125°。
12. 按照权利要求1或2所述的麻花钻,其特征在于,麻花钻的刃背(16)的背部宽度(B)小于或等于钻头直径(D)的50%。
13. 按照权利要求1或2所述的麻花钻,其特征在于,该麻花钻用于加工铝塑性合金。
14. 按照权利要求3所述的麻花钻,其特征在于,螺旋角(β)为30°或40°。
15. 按照权利要求6所述的麻花钻,其特征在于,麻花钻的排屑槽(4)、主后面(7)和/或导向刃带(10)具有精密磨削的表面。
16. 按照权利要求8所述的麻花钻,其特征在于,所述涂层为DLC涂层。
17. 按照权利要求11所述的麻花钻,其特征在于,所述顶角(γ)为119.5-120.5°。
