Description
高温方法,例如在石化工业中使用的那些,要求不仅耐热,而且足够耐腐蚀和尤其能耐受热产品和燃烧气体施加的负载的材料。例如,在裂化和重整炉内使用的旋管外部暴露于温度达1100℃和更高的强氧化燃烧气体下,而在达1100℃的温度下,强渗碳氛围在裂化管内部占主导,和弱渗碳的不同氧化氛围在达900℃的温度和高压下的重整炉管道内部占主导。此外,与炽热的燃烧气体接触导致管道材料的氮化和形成鳞片层,这与管道外径增加几个百分数和壁厚降低达10%相关。
相反,管道内的渗碳氛围引起碳扩散到管道材料内部,其中在超过900℃的温度下,它导致形成碳化物,如M23C6,和随着渗碳的增加,导致形成富碳的碳化物M7C3。其结果是与碳化物形成或转化相关的体积增加和管道材料的强度与延展性下降导致的内应力。此外,可在管道材料内部形成石墨或解离碳,所述石墨或解离碳的形成,结合内应力导致形成裂纹,而裂纹又引起更多的碳扩散到更多材料内。
因此,高温方法要求具有高蠕变强度或极限致裂应力、微结构稳定性以及抗渗碳和氧化的材料。除了含有铁以外,还含有20-35%镍、20-25%铬,和为了改进抗渗碳性,最多1.5%的硅的合金,例如镍-铬钢合金35Ni25Cr-1.5Si,满足在一定范围内的这一要求,它适用于离心铸造管道,且甚至在1100℃的温度下,仍抗氧化和渗碳。高的镍含量降低扩散速度和碳的溶解度,因此增加抗渗碳性。
由于其铬含量,因此在相对高温下和在氧化条件下,合金形成Cr2O3覆盖层,所述Cr2O3覆盖层充当阻挡层防止氧气和碳渗透到在其下方的管道材料内。然而,在超过1050℃的温度下,Cr2O3变得挥发,因此覆盖层的保护作用快速损失。
在致裂条件下,碳的沉积物必然也在管道内壁上和/或在Cr2O3覆盖层上形成,和在超过1050℃的温度下,在碳和蒸汽存在下,氧化铬转化成碳化铬。为了降低对抗渗碳的相关负面影响,管道内碳的沉积物在蒸汽/空气混合物的辅助下不时燃烧,和操作温度通常必须保持在低于1050℃下。
因常规的镍-铬合金的极限蠕变破裂强度和延展性进一步使抗渗碳和氧化变得危险,这导致在氧化铬覆盖层形成蠕变裂纹和碳与氧气经裂纹渗透到管道材料内。尤其在循环温度负载的情况下,可形成覆盖层的裂纹,和覆盖层也可变得部分脱层。
试验表明,微结构相反应,尤其在较高的硅含量下,例如超过2.5%下的微结构相反应,明显导致延展性的损失和快速的强度下降。
在以此为基础的工作下,本发明寻求抑制渗碳(即内氧化)的破坏机理-蠕变破裂强度或极限致裂应力的降低-的目的,和进一步的结果是增加的渗碳和氧化,且提供在渗碳和/或氧化氛围内,甚至在极高的操作温度下仍具有合理的使用寿命的铸造合金。
在具有确定铝和钇含量的镍-铬铸造合金的辅助下,本发明实现了这一目的。具体地说,本发明包括含下述的铸造合金:
最多0.8%的碳,
最多1%的硅,
最多0.2%的锰,
15-40%的铬,
0.5-13%的铁,
1.5-7%的铝,
最多2.5%的铌,
最多1.5%的钛,
0.01-0.4%的锆,
最多0.06%的氮,
最多12%的钴,
最多5%的钼,
最多6%的钨,
0.01-0.1%的钇,
余量的镍。
在合金内镍、铬和铝的结合总含量应当为80-90%。
优选对于合金来说,独立地或者彼此结合地含有最多0.7%的碳,最多30%的铬,最多12%的铁,2.2-6%的铝,0.1-2.0%的铌,0.01-1.0%的钛,最多0.15%的锆,和为了实现高的蠕变破裂强度-最多10%的钴,至少3%的钼和最多5%的钨,例如4-8%的钴,最多4%的钼和2-4%的钨,若高的抗氧化性不是主要因素的话。因此,取决于在具体环境中遇到的负载,钴、钼和钨含量必须选择在本发明规定的含量范围内。
含最多0.7%的碳,最多0.2,更优选最多0.1%的硅,最多0.2%的锰,18-30%的铬,0.5-12%的铁,2.2-5%的铝,0.4-1.6%的铌,0.01-0.6%的钛,0.01-0.15%的锆,最多0.6%的氮,最多10%的钴,和最多5%的钨的合金是特别合适的。
若在每一情况下,独立地或者彼此结合地,铬含量为最多26.5%,铁含量为最多11%,铝含量为3-6%,钛含量超过0.15%,锆含量超过0.05%,钴含量为至少0.2%,钨含量超过0.05%,和钇含量为0.019-0.089%,则可实现最佳的结果。
本发明合金的高蠕变破裂强度,例如在4-6MPa的负载和1200℃的温度下2000小时的使用寿命保证以Al2O3层形式保留的连续、坚固地粘接的氧化物阻挡层,该层具有防止渗碳和氧化的效果,其来自于合金中高的铝含量和其本身继续向上到达顶部或生长。正如试验所示,该层包括α-Al2O3且含有最多的混合混合物的孤立斑点,在较高温度下,尤其超过1050℃下,这不会改变α-Al2O3层的基本性质。由于在这些温度下常规材料的Cr2O3层的快速下降的稳定性,因此,该层对保护本发明的合金避免渗碳和氧化愈加起决定作用。在Al2O3阻挡层上也可部分存在氧化镍(NiO)和混合氧化物(Ni(Cr,Al)2O4)的覆盖层,然而,该覆盖层的条件和程度不是非常重要的,因为下方的Al2O3阻挡层对保护合金避免氧化和渗碳起决定作用。在较高温度下发生的在覆盖层内的裂纹和覆盖层的(部分)剥落因此是无害的。
为了确保α-氧化铝层尽可能纯和基本上不含混合氧化物,应当满足下述条件:

由于其铝含量高,超过4%铝的本发明的合金的微结构必然含有γ′相,所述γ′相在低温和中温下具有加强作用,但也会降低延展性或断裂伸长率。因此,在单独的情况下,可能需要在延展性和抗氧化/渗碳性之间达成折衷平衡,这种折衷平衡是根据所打算的用途决定的。
含α-Al2O3的本发明的阻挡层(它是最稳定的Al2O3的改性)能耐受所有的氧气浓度。

该表包括作为没有被本发明覆盖且具有相当低碳含量和粒度≤10微米的非常细粒的微结构的两种锻造合金的实例,对比合金5和7,而所有其它的试验合金是铸造合金。
钇具有强的氧化物形成作用,在本发明的合金中,这改进α-Al2O3层的形成条件和粘接。
本发明合金中的铝含量具有重要的作用,因为铝导致形成γ′沉淀相,所述γ′沉淀相显著增加拉伸强度。根据图1和2所示的图表可看出,本发明的三种合金13、19、20的屈服强度和拉伸强度一直到900℃均远高于四种对比合金的对应强度。本发明合金的断裂伸长率基本上相当于对比合金,它在高于约900℃时显著增加,这可从图3列出的图表中看出,而强度达到对比例的水平(图1、2)。这可通过下述事实解释:高于约900℃时,γ′相开始形成溶液,且在高于约1000℃时完全溶解。
在图4所示的拉森-米勒(Larson-Miller)图表中列出了具有不同铝含量的本发明合金的极限破裂强度。绝对温度(以°K为单位的T)和直到断裂时的使用寿命彼此通过拉森-米勒参数LMP相关联:
LMP=T·(C+log10(tB))
根据图4列出的图表,不同的铝含量导致不同的直到断裂时的使用寿命。本发明合金的极限破裂应力比常规的抗氧化锻造合金的那些优异得多(图5)。若比较本发明的合金与常规的离心铸造材料,则在约1100℃的温度范围内观察到类似的直到断裂时的使用寿命。
在约1200℃的范围内,即在具有较大的拉森-米勒参数情况下,常规的离心铸造材料不存在已知的使用寿命数据,而本发明的合金取决于组成,经1000小时的使用寿命仍观察到5.8-8.5MPa的极限平均应力。
其中在含氢气和5%体积的CH4的略微氧化的氛围内测试各种样品的抗渗碳性的进一步的试验,表明与四种标准的合金相比,本发明的合金在1100℃的温度下的优越性。长期性能是尤其重要的。在图7的图表中以柱状图形式列出了试验结果。根据该图表可看出,本发明的两种合金8和14在长的时间段内具有维持恒定的抗渗碳性,和在含3.55%铝的合金14的情况下,这甚至高于铝含量仅仅为2.30%的合金8的情况。图8列出的图表表明,与具有低得多的铝含量的四种标准合金1、3、4和6相比,当含2.40%铝的本发明合金11的重量增加时,随时间流逝的渗碳情况。该图同样表明本发明合金的优越性。
为了模拟实际的条件,进行循环渗碳试验,其中样品在含氢气以及4.7%体积CH4和6%体积蒸汽的氛围中或者保持在1100℃的温度下45分钟,然后在室温下15分钟。在图9中示出了各自包括500次循环的试验结果,本发明的样品8、14没有或仅仅经历很小的重量变化,而在对比样品1、3、4、6的情况下和在对比样品1的情况下,在仅仅300次循环之后,形成鳞片和鳞片的剥落导致显著的重量损失。此外,具有较高铝含量的本发明的合金14再次显示出比同样被本发明覆盖的合金好的腐蚀性能。
在图10的图表中列出了其中样品在干燥空气中,在1150℃下进行循环热负载的进一步的试验结果。该曲线表明,与常规的合金(底部的一组曲线)相比,本发明的试验合金的优越性(顶部的一组曲线),所述常规合金在仅仅数次循环之后遭受显著的重量损失。结果表明,在本发明合金的情况下稳定、坚固地粘接的氧化物层。为了建立初步氧化对渗碳行为的影响,将本发明合金的10个样品暴露在1240℃下在含氩气和低氧气含量的氛围中24小时,然后在包括含5%体积CH4的氢气的氛围内在1100℃的温度下渗碳16小时。在图11所示的图表中以柱状图的形式列出了试验结果,该图也示出了相应的铝含量。因此,一直到3.25%的铝含量(样品14)下,略微氧化退火处理降低本发明样品的抗渗碳性;当铝含量进一步增加时,根据本发明退火的合金的抗渗碳性得到改进(样品16-19),与此同时该图表清楚地表明对比样品1(0.128%的铝)和4(0.003%的铝)差的渗碳行为。可通过下述事实解释在较低的铝含量下抗渗碳性的劣化:在退火处理之后在冷却过程中,固有地保护的氧化物层裂纹开放或(部分)剥落,以便在裂纹区域内和剥落区域内发生渗碳。在较高的铝含量下,在氧化物层(覆盖层)下方形成以上所述的Al2O3阻挡层。
在与实际中遇到的那些相接近的条件下进行的试验中,根据NACE标准对许多样品进行循环渗碳和脱碳试验。每一循环包括在含氢气和2%体积的CH4内渗碳300小时,接着在含空气和20%体积的蒸汽的氛围内在770℃下脱碳24小时。该试验包括四次循环。根据图12列出的图表可看出,本发明的样品14几乎不发生任何重量的变化,而在对比样品1、3、4、6的情况下,发生显著的重量增加或者渗碳,和这甚至在脱碳过程中没有消失。
图13列出的图表表明,在本发明合金内的内容物应当以满足下述条件的方式彼此匹配:
9[%Al]≥[%Cr]
图13所示的图表中的直线将直线上方的具有充足保护的α-氧化铝层的合金区域与受到混合氧化物负面影响的抗渗碳或催化焦化的焦化区域隔开。
图14所示的图表表明,使用6个例举的实施方案21-26与常规的对比合金1、3、4、6和7相比,本发明的钢合金的优越性。表中给出了合金21-26的组成。
为了阐述在本发明的含量范围内铝的影响,图15和16列出的图表比较了对于三种不同负载的情况(15.9MPa、13.5MPa;10.5MPa),在1100℃(图15)和1200℃(图16)的每一方案中,作为参考变量、具有使用寿命1的含2.4%铝的本发明的合金13的使用寿命与基于上述参考变量本发明的合金19(3.3%的铝)和20(4.8%的铝)的使用寿命。
图15所示的图表表明,在具有3.3%的中等铝含量的合金19的情况下,随着负载的增加,使用寿命的下降变得更强烈,而在具有4.8%的的高铝含量的合金20的情况下,对于所有负载的情况来说,相对使用寿命存在强烈但接近相等的下降。1200℃下的图表表明,对于所有这三种负载的情况来说,当铝含量从2.4%(合金13)增加到3.3%(合金19)时,使用寿命下降,且相对使用寿命下降了约1/3。进一步增加铝含量到4.8%(合金20)也表明相对使用寿命的下降依赖于负载。
总之,这两个图表表明当铝含量增加时,在极限破裂应力试验中,直到断裂时的使用寿命下降。此外,当温度增加和负载的持续时间增加和/或负载水平下降时,铝对极限破裂应力寿命的负面影响下降。换句话说,具有高铝含量的合金尤其适于在迄今为止可在使用铸造或离心铸造材料的温度下长期使用。
由于它们优异的强度性能和它们优良的抗渗碳和氧化性,因此本发明的铸造合金尤其适于用作炉膛部件、加热炉的辐射管道、退火炉的轧辊、连续铸造和条状铸造装置的部件、退火炉的外壳和马弗炉膛、大型柴油机的部件、催化剂和裂化与重整炉管道的容器。
Claims (7)
1.一种镍-铬铸造合金,它包括:
最多0.8%的碳,
最多0.2%的硅,
最多0.2%的锰,
15-40%的铬,
0.5-13%的铁,
1.5-7%的铝,
0.1-2.5%的铌,
最多1.5%的钛,
0.01-0.4%的锆,
最多0.06%的氮,
最多12%的钴,
最多5%的钼
最多6%的钨,
0.019-0.089%的钇,
余量的镍。
2.权利要求1的镍-铬铸造合金,它独立地或者彼此结合地包括最多0.7%的碳,0.2%的硅,最多0.2%的锰,18-30%的铬,0.5-12%的铁,2.2-5%的铝,0.4-1.6%的铌,0.01-0.6%的钛,0.01-0.15%的锆,最多0.06%的氮,最多10%的钴,至少3%的钼和最多5%的钨。
3.权利要求1或2的镍-铬铸造合金,它包括最多0.7%的碳,最多0.1%的硅,最多0.2%的锰,18-30%的铬,0.5-12%的铁,2.2-5%的铝,0.4-1.6%的铌,0.01-0.6%的钛,0.01-0.15%的锆,最多0.06%的氮,最多10%的钴,最多4%的钼和最多5%的钨,余量的镍。
4.权利要求1的镍-铬铸造合金,它独立地或者彼此结合地包括最多26.5%的铬,最多11%的铁,3-6%的铝,超过0.15%的钛,超过0.05%的锆,至少0.2%的钴,最多4%的钼和超过0.05%的钨。
5.权利要求1的镍-铬铸造合金,其特征在于铝和铬含量满足下述条件:
9[%Al]≥[%Cr]。
6.权利要求1的镍-铬铸造合金,其特征在于镍、铬和铝的结合总量为80-90%。
7.权利要求1的镍-铬铸造合金作为炉膛部件、加热炉的辐射管道、退火炉的轧辊、连续铸造和条状铸造装置的部件、退火炉的外壳和马弗炉膛、大型柴油机的部件、催化剂的填充料和裂化与重整炉管道的成形体的用途。
