Abstract

<p>La presente invención se relaciona con el uso de un extracto de levadura que incluye por lo menos 10% en peso de ácidos nucleicos, preferentemente por lo menos 15% en peso y más preferentemente del 30% at 95% en peso, en relación con el peso inicial de dicho extracto, dichos ácidos nucleicos se forman a partir de fragmentos de ácido ribonucleico (ARN), para Ia clarificación de mostos y líquidos, específicamente vinos y tés.</p>
