Abstract

LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN PROVEE UN PROCESO DE SEPARACIÓN CROMATOGRÁFICA, CON EL FIN DE RECUPERAR UN PRODUCTO DEL ÁCIDO GRASO POLIINSATURADO (PUFA), A PARTIR DE UNA MEZCLA DE ALIMENTACIÓN, CUYO PROCESO COMPRENDE LA INTRODUCCIÓN DE LA MEZCLA DE ALIMENTACIÓN A UN APARATO DE CROMATOGRAFIA EN LECHO MÓVIL REAL O SIMULADO, QUE TIENE UNA PLURALIDAD DE COLUMNAS DE CROMATOGRAFÍA ENLAZADAS CONTENIENDO, COMO ELUYENTE, UN SOLVENTE ORGÁNICO ACUOSO, DONDE EL APARATO TIENE UNA PLURALIDAD DE ZONAS COMPRENDIENDO AL MENOS UNA PRIMERA ZONA Y UNA SEGUNDA ZONA, TENIENDO CADA ZONA UNA CORRIENTE DE) EXTRACTO Y UNA CORRIENTE DEL REFINADO, A PARTIR DE LA CUAL PUEDE SER RECOLECTADO LIQUIDO DESDE DICHA PLURALIDAD DE COLUMNAS DE CROMATOGRAFÍA ENLAZADAS, Y DONDE (A) UNA CORRIENTE DEL REFINADO CONTENIENDO EL PRODUCTO DEL PUFA, JUNTO CON LOS COMPONENTES MÁS POLARES, ES RECOLECTADA DESDE UNA COLUMNA EN LA PRIMERA ZONA E INTRODUCIDA A UNA COLUMNA NO ADYACENTE EN LA SEGUNDA ZONA, Y/O (B) UNA CORRIENTE DEL EXTRACTO CONTENIENDO EL PRODUCTO DEL RUFA, JUNTO CON LOS COMPONENTES MENOS POLARES, ES RECOLECTADA DESDE UNA COLUMNA EN LA SEGUNDA ZONA E INTRODUCIDA A UNA COLUMNA NO ADYACENTE EN LA PRIMERA ZONA, SIENDO DICHO PRODUCTO DEL PUFA SEPARADO DESDE DIFERENTES COMPONENTES DE LA MEZCLA DE ALIMENTACIÓN EN CADA ZONA, Y DONDE EL SOLVENTE ORGÁNICO ACUOSO ES DISTINTO AL ALCOHOL ACUOSO.
