Description
Insektizides und akarizides Mittel Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft insektizide und akarizide Mittel, welche neue Thiazolinyl-pyridyl-phos- phor-und thiophosphorsäureester als Wirkstoffe enthalten. Das erfindungsgemässe insektizide und akarizide Mittel ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Wirkstoff mindestens einen Thiazolinyl-pyridyl-phosphor-oder thiophosphorsäureester der Formel I EMI1.1 enthält, in der R, und R, unabhängig voneinander je einen niederen Alkyl-oder niederen Aikenytrest, einen durch Halo gen bis Atomnummer 35 und ; oder durch niederes Alkoxy substituierten niederen Alkylrest, R2 Halogen bis Atomnummer 35 oder einen niederen Alkylrest, X und Y unabhängig voneinander je Sauerstoff oder Schwefel und n eine ganze Zahl von 0 bis 2 be deuten. In der Formel 1 sind unter niederen Alkylresten Rt, R2 und R3 solche mit I bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, wic zum Beispiel der Methyl-, Äthyl-, ein Propyl-oder Butylrest zu verstehen ; dabei ist R3 vorzugsweise ein Methylrest, R, und R. können als niedere Alkenylreste beispielsweise den Allyl-, Methallyl-oder einen Pro- penylrest darstellen. Unter einem Halogenalkylrest (R, und R2) sind ebenfalls Reste mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, die durch Chlor und/oder Brom ein-oder mehrfach substituiert sind, vorzugsweise der yS-Chlor- äthylrest, zu verstehen. Ein Alkoxyrest als Substituent eines niederen Alkylrcstes R, und R. ist ebenfGlls ein solcher mit I bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise der Methoxyrest. Die neuen Ester der Formel I können hergestellt werden, entweder indem man ein Thiazolinyl-pyridin Derivat der Formel II EMI1.2 in Gegenwart einer Base, oder dass man ein Salz (Oxyd oder Mercaptid) eines solchen Thiazolinyl-pyridin-Deri- vats mit einem Phosphorsäurehalogenid der Formel III EMI1.3 umsetzt, oder indem man ein Cyanopyridinderivat der Formel IV EMI1.4 in der R : I, Y und n wie unter Formel I definiert sind, oder ein Salz dieses Cyanopyridinderivates mit einer Base, mit einem Phosphorsäurehalo, enid der allgemei- nen Formel III EMI1.5 in ein 2-Phosphoryloxy-bzw. 2-Phosphorylthio-5-cyano- pyridin der allgemeinen Formel V EMI2.1 überführt und letzteres mit Cysteamin (HSCH. CHNH,) zum entsprechenden Thiazolinyl-pyridyl-phosphorsäure- ester der Formel I umsetzt, wobei in den Formeln II bis V die Symbole RI, R.,, R3, X, Y und n die unter Formel I angegebenen Bedeutungen haben und Hal Chlor oder Brom bedeutet. Erfindungsgemässe Mittel können als Wirkstoffe folgende Verbindungen der Formel I enthalten : physikalische Nr. So wurde festgestellt, dass die Wirkstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I und ihre Salze eine ausgezeichnete langandauernde Wirkung gegen Insekten der Familien Muscidae, Stomoxidae und Culicidae, zum Beispiel gegen die polyvalentresistenten und normal-sensiblen Stu- benfliegen (Musca domestica), Wadenstecher (Stomoxys calcitrans) und Stechmücken (zum Beispiel Aedes aegypti, Culex fatigans, Anopheles stephensi), gegen Insekten der Familien Curculionidae, Bruchidiae, Dermestidae, Tenebrionidae und Chrysomelidae, zum Beispiel Kornkäfer (Sitophilus granarius), Speisebohnenkäfer (Bruchidius obtectus), Speckkäfer (Dermestes vulpins), Mehlkäfer (Tenebrio molitor), Kartoffelkäfer (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) und deren Larvenstadien, gegen Insekten der Familie der Pyralididae, zum Beispiel Mehlmottenraupen (Ephestia kühniella), der Familie Blattidae, zum Beispiel Küchenschaben (Phyllo dromia germanica, Periplaneta americana, Blatta orientalis) der Familic Aphididae, zum Beispie) Blattläuse (Aphis fabae), der Familie Pseudococcidae, zum Beispiel Schmierläuse (Planococcus citri) und der Familie Locustidae, zum Beispiel Wanderheuschrecken (Locusta migratoria) aufweisen. Versuche an den genannten Blattläusen und Wanderheuschrecken wiesen auch auf eine systemische Wirkung hin. Ferner besitzen die erfindungsgemässen Wirkstoffe der Formel I eine gute Wirkung gegen die larvalen und adulten Stadien von Spinnentieren, insbesondere Zek ken, zum Beispiel der Familien Ixodidae, und Argasidae. In Mischung mit Synergisten wie Bernsteinsäure- dibutylester oder Piperonylbutoxyd, und ähnlich wirkenden Hilfsstoffen wie Olivenöl oder Erdnussöl wird das Wirkungsspektrum der genannten Wirkstoffe verbreitert und insbesondere die insektizide und akarizide Wirkung verbessert. Ebenso läl3t sich die insektizide Wirkung noch durch Zusatz von anderen Insektiziden, wie zum Beispiel Phosphorsäure-, Phosphonsäure-, Thio-und Dithiophosphorsäureestern und-Amiden, Carbaminsäureestern, Halogen-Kohlenwasserstoffen wie Dichlor diphenyltrichloräthan und dessen Analoge, Pyrethrinen und ihren Synergisten wesentlich verbreitern und an gegebene Umstände anpassen. Wirkung gegen Larven von Boophilus microplus (Rinderzecke) Eine Anzahl von 100 Larven von Boophilus microplus (Alter 2-4 Wochen) des DELNAV-resistenten Ridgeland-Stamms (Tabelle 1) bzw. des DIAZINONresistenten Las Guerisas-Stamms (Tabelle 2) werden auf ein Rundfilter (Durchmesser 11 cm) gebracht und dieses in eine Petrischale (Durchmesser 15 cm) gelegt, in die zuvor 3 ml der azetonisch-wässrigen Lösung einer Testsubstanz (siehe Spalte I der Tabellen 1 und 2 unten) gegeben worden sind. Diese Lösung wird durch Auflösen der Testsubstanz in Aceton und Verdünnen mit Wasser hergestellt (Aceton/Wasser Volumenverhältnis etwa 1 : 20 ; Konzentration 0,002 % Testsubstanz, berechnet auf das Gewicht der Lösung). Weitere 4 ml dieser Lösung werden auf das Rundfitter gegeben, die Larven mit einem zweiten Rundfilter bedeckt und darauf 3 ml Lösung aufgebracht. Nach 10 Minuten werden die Larven auf ein frisches Rundfilter übergeführt und bei Zimmertemperatur und 85 % relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit belassen. Nach 3,4,6,8,15 und 24 Stunden werden die Larven auf Laufunfähigkeit ausgezählt. Patentschrift Nr. 1 360 901) 0,002% 26 57 82 Wirkiing auf Eiablage und Schlupfrate bei Zecken- weibcher. (Boopl : ilirs microplcrs) Es wurden 10 voligesogene Zeckenweibchen des resistenten Biarra-Stammes der Gattung Boophilus microplus (Rinderzecke) während 3 Minuten in die Lösungen der in der Tabelle angegebenen Testsubstan- zen getaucht. Dazu ist die auf das Gewicht der Lösung berechnete Mené an Testsubstanz in Aceton vorgelöst und mit Wasser auf eine etwa 5 S ige acetonisch-wässrige Lösung verdünnt worden. Die so behandelten Zecken werden mit Filterpapier leicht getrocknet, in Probengläser verbracht und bei 27 C und 85 relative Luftfeuchtigkeit belassen. Als Massstab der Wirksamkeit einer Substanz gilt die Eiablage und das Schlüpfen der Larven aus Eiern behandelter Zecken. Die Zecken werden nach 5, 10 und 15 Tagen auf Eiablage kontrolliert : Konzentration Anzahl Testsubstanz der Testsubstanz der Eigelege Schlupfrate Wirkung 0,0-Diäthyl-O-[5-(2'-thiazolinyl)-pyridyl-(2)] thiophosphat 0, 05/-fi 4 0 100/60, 0, 0-Diäthyl-0-[2-isopropyl-4-methyl- pyrimidyl-(6)]-th iophosphat (Diazinon) (bekannt aus der deutschen Patentschrift Nr. 710 652) 0,05% 10 10 0 0% Die Herstellung erfindungsgemässer, die neuen Wirkstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I enthaltender insektizider und akarizider Mitte) erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise durch inniges Vermischen und Vermahlen von Wirkstoffen der allgemeinen Formel I mit geeigneten Trriger- s . oifen, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von gegenüber den %'irlvstoffen inerten Dispersions-oder Lösungsmittcln. Die neuen Wirkstoffe können zu den folgenden Aufarbeitungsformen verarbeitet werden : feste Aufarbeitungsformen : Stäubemittel, Streumittel, Granulate (Umhüllungsgranulate, Imprägnierungs- granulat und Homogengranulate) ; in Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate : Spritz pulver (wettable powder), Pasten, Emulsionen ; tfüssige Aufarbeitungsfurmen : Lösungen, Aerosole. Die Wirkstoffkonzentration in diesen Mitteln beträgt 0,01-80, y, berechnet auf das Gewicht der Mittel. Den erfindungsgemässen Mitteln lassen sich andere biozide Wirkstoffe oder Mittel beimischen. So können die neuen Mittel ausser den genannten Wirkstoffen der allgemeinen Formel I und deren Salze zum Beispiel andere Insektizide und Akarizide, ferner auch Fungizide, Bak terizide, Fungistatika, Bakteriostatika oder Nematozide zur Verbreitung des Wirkungsspektrums enthalten. Die erfindungsgemässen Mittel können ferner noch Pflanzendünger, Spurenelemente usw. enthalten. Die folgenden Beispiele erläutern die Herste ! ! ung er findungsgemässer insektizider und akarizider Mittel ; soweit nichts anderes ausdrücklich vermerkt ist, bedeuten Gcwichtsteile. Beispiel I Stsembemitel Zur Herstellung eines a) 10% igen und b) 2% igen Stäubemittels werden die folgenden Bestandteile verwendet : a) 10 Teile O, O-Diäthyl-O- [5- (2'-thiazolinyl)- pyridyl- (2)]-thiophosphat, 5 Teile hochdisperse Kieselsäure, 85 Teile Talkum ; b) 2 Teile 0, O-Dimethyl-O- [5- (2'-thiazolinyl)- pyridyl- (2)]-thiophosphat, I Teil hochdisperse Kieselsäure, 97 Teile Talkum. Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den Trägerstoffen vermischt und vermahlen. Die erhaltenen Stäubemittel sind zum Beispiel zur Bekämpfung von Küchenschaben und Ameisen im Haus geeignet. Beispiel 2 Streumittel Zur Herstellung eines 25 % igen Streumittels werden die folgenden Bestandteile verwendet : 25 Teile O, O-Di-n-propyl-O- [5- (2'-thiazolinyl)- pyridyl- (2)]-thiophosphat, 0,25 Teile eines Kombinationsemulgators (Alkyl aryl-polyäthylenglykol und Alkylarylsulfon säure-Calcium-Salz), 50 Teile Kieselgur, 24,75 Teile Calciumsulfat-Dihydrat. Der Wirkstoff wird mit dem Emulgator und dem Kieselgur innig vermischt und anschliessend wird das Calciumsulfat zugemischt. Man erhält ein Streumittel, das sich insbesondere zur Bodendesinfektion eignet. Beispiel 3 Sprilzpulver Zur Herstellung eines a) 50% igen und b) ! 0%igen Spritzpulvers werden die folgenden Bestandteile verwendet : a) 50 Teile 0, 0-du, [5- (21-thiazolinyl) pyridyl- (2)]-thiophosphat, 5 Teile Naphthalinsulfonsäure-Benzolsulfonsäure- Formaldehyd-Kondensat, 5 Teile Champagne-Kreide, 20 Teile Kieselsäure, 15 Teile Kaolin, 5 Teile Oleoylmethyltaurin-Na-Salz ; b) 10 Teile 0, O-Didthyl-O- [5- (2'-thiazolinyl)- pyridyl- (2)]-phosphat, 3 Teite Gemisch der Natriumsalze gesättigter Fettalkoholsulfate, 5 Teile Naphthalinsulfonsäure-Formaldehyd- Kondensat, 82 Teile Kaolin. Die Wirkstoffe werden in geeigneten Mischern mit den Zuschlagstoffen innig vermischt und auf entsprechenden Mühlen und Walzen vermahlen. Man erhält Spritzpulver, die sich mit Wasser zu Suspensionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration verdünnen lassen. Derartige Suspensionen finden zur Bekämpfung fressender und saugender Insekten sowie zur Bekämpfung von Zecken bei Haus-und Nutztieren Verwendung. Beispiel 4 Eml/1sionstonzentrat Zur Herstellung eines 25"igen Emulsionskonzentra- tes werden 25 Teile 0, O-Diäthyl-O- [5- (2'-thiazolinyl)- pyridyl- (2)]-thiophosphat, 2,5 Teile Epichlorhydrin, 5 Teile eines Kombinationsemulgators aus Alkyl aryl-polyäthylenglykol und Alkylarylsulfonsäure- Calciumsalz, 67,5 Teile Xylol miteinander vermischt. Dieses Konzentrat kann mit Wasser zu Emulsionen auf für den Pflanzen-und Vorratsschutz geeignete Konzentrationen verdünnt werden. Insbesondere eignen sich solche Emulsionen zur Be kämpfung von Zecken bei Haus-und Nutztieren.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRÜCHE I. Insektizides und akarizides Mittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Wirkstoff mindestens einen Thiazolinyl-pyridyl-phosphor-und-thiophosphorsäure- ester der Formel I EMI4.1 enthält, in der R, und R., unabhängig voneinander je einen niederen Alkyl-oder niederen Alkenylrest, einen durch Halo gen bis Atomnummer 35 undloder durch niederes Alkoxy substituierten niederen Alkylrest, RJ Halogen bis Atomnummer 35 oder einen niederen Alkylrest, X und Y unabhängig voneinander je Sauerstoff oder Schwefel, und n eine ganze Zahl von 0 bis 2 be deuten.II. Verwendung des Mittels gemäss Patentanspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Spinnentieren.
