Dieneuen Verbindungensind 0-Methyl-O- (2, 2, 2-trichloräthyl)-0- (2', 2'-dibromvinyl)-phosphat, EMI1.3 Die neuen Phosphorsäureester der Formel I können erhalten werden, indem man Trimethylphosphit oder O, O-Dimethylphosphorigsäurechlorid in Gegenwart einer Base mit einem Trihalogenäthanol der Formel EMI1.4 in ein 0, O-Dimethyl-O- (2, 2, 2-trihalogenäthyl) -phosphit überführt und dieses mit Chloral oder Bromal umsetzt. Für die Herstellung der neuen Wirkstoffe können beispielsweise folgende Basen verwendet werden : tertiäre Amine, wie Trialkylamine, Pyridin und Pyridinbasen, anorganische Basen, wie Hydroxyde, Carbonate, Cyanide von Alkalimetallen. Ausserdem können auch Alkalimetallalkanolate eingesetzt werden, wobei ein solches Alkanolat auch nach Zusatz von metallischem Alkalimetall zur Reaktionsmischung am Ort des Reaktionsgeschehens gebildet wird. Die Umsetzungen können in Gegenwart oder in Abwesenheit eines Lösungs-oder Verdünnungsmit- tels durchgeführt werden. Es ist ratsam, die Umsetzung von Trimethylphosphit/Phosphortrichlorid mit Trihalogenäthanol in Gegenwart eines gegenüber den Reaktionspartnern inerten Lösungsmittels vorzunehmen, wofür sich aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylole und Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, bewährt haben. Es ist zweckmässig, Trimethylphosphit im Überschuss, die andern Reaktionsteilnehmer dagegen in molaren Verhältnissen einzusetzen. Verwendet man statt Trimethylphosphit O, O-Dimethylphosphorigsäurechlorid, so werden <Desc/Clms Page number 2> EMI2.1 wird fortlaufend durch Destillation aus der Reaktionsmischung entfernt, das ausgefallene Base-Hydro- chlorid wird abfiltriert. Die Reaktion dieses Phosphits mit Chloral oder Bromal erfolgt bei Temperaturen zwischen 20 und 1000C. Je nach Reaktionsfähigkeit der einzelnen Reaktionspartner wird ein Erwärmen oder Kühlen der Reaktionsmischung erforderlich. Das als Zwischenprodukt entstehende Phosphit kann ohne weitere Reinigung direkt mit Chloral oder Bromal umgesetzt werden. Die neuen 0-Methyl-0- (2,2-trihalogenäthyl)-O-(2',2'-dichlorvinyl)-phosphorsäureester der Formel I besitzen ausgezeichnete insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften. Gegenüber bereits bekannten EMI2.2 2'-dichlorvinyl) -phosphorsäureestern,-1-trichlormethyläthyl)-O-(2,2'-dichlorvinyl)-phosphorsäureester und O-Methyl-O- (2-chloräthyl)- -O-(2,2'-dichlorvinyl)-phosphorsäureester (loc. cit), besitzen die neuen Wirkstoffe eine wesentlich günstigere Warmblütertoxizität und eine lang anhaltende insektizide Wirksamkeit. Dadurch sind sie insbesondere für den Vorratsschutz und zur Bekämpfung von Insekten in Häusern, Ställen usw. geeignet. So wurde festgestellt, dass diese Wirkstoffe der Formel I insbesondere eine ausgezeichnete, langandauernde Wirkung gegen Insekten der Familie Muscidae, Stomoxidae und Culicidae, z. B. gegen die polyvalent-resistenten und normal-sensiblen Stubenfliegen (Musca domestica), Wadenstecher (Stomoxys calcitrans) und Stechmücken (z. B. Aedes aegypti, Culex fatigans, Anopheles stephensi) ; gegen Insekten der Familien Curculionidae, Bruchididae, Dermestidae, Tenebrionidae und Chrysomelidae, z. B. Kornkäfer (Sitophilus granarius), Speisebohnenkäfer (Bruchidius obtectus), Speckkäfer (Dermestesvulpinus), Mehlkäfer (Tenebrio molitor), Kartoffelkäfer (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) und deren Larvenstadien ; gegen Insekten der Familie Pyralididae, z. B. Mehlmottenraupen (Ephestia kühniella) ; der Familie Blattidae, z. B. Küchenschaben (Phyllodromia germanica, Periplaneta americana, Blatta orientais) ; der Familie Aphididae, z. B. Blattläuse (Aphis fabae) ; der Familie Pseudococcidae, z. B. Schmierläuse (Planococcus citri) und der Familie Locustidae, z. B. Wanderheuschrecken (Locusta migratoria) aufweisen. Versuche an den genannten Blattläusen, Schmierläusen und Wanderheuschrecken ergaben eine ausgezeichnete systemische Wirkung. <Desc/Clms Page number 3> Ferner besitzen die Verbindungen der Formel I eine gute Wirkung gegen die larvalen und adulten Stadien von Spinnentieren, z. B. der Familien Acarina, Ixodidae, Arachnidae und Argasidae. In Mischungen mit Synergisten u. ähnl. wirkenden Hilfsstoffen, wie Bernsteinsäuredibutylester, Piperonylbutoxyd, Olivenöl, Erdnussöl usw. wird das Wirkungsspektrum der Wirkstoffe der Formel I verbreitert und insbesondere die insektizide und akarizide Wirkung verbessert. Ebenso lässt sich die insektizide Wirkung noch durch Zusatz von andern Insektiziden, wie z. B. Phosphorsäure-, Phosphonsäure-, Thio- und Dithiophosphorsäureestem und -amiden, Halogen-KohlenwasserstoffenundAnalogenvonDDr- - Wirksubstanz sowie Pyrethrinen und ihren Synergisten, akariziden Wirksubstanzen, wie Halogenbenzilsäureestern, wie 4', 4'-Dichlorbenzilsäureestern, 4', 4'-Dibrombenzilsäureestem, insektiziden und aka- riziden Carbamaten, z. B. Oximcarbamaten, Arylcarbamaten und Carbamaten von enolisierbaren Heterocyclen, wesentlich verbreitern und an gegebene Umstände anpassen. Vergleichsversuche : Die insektizide Wirksamkeit der neuen unsymmetrischen Phosphorester wird durch folgende Vergleichsversuche verdeutlicht, bei denen als Vergleichssubstanz das aus der deutschen Patentschrift Nr. 1178420 bekannte O-Methyl-O- [1', l'-dimethyl-2', 2', 2'-trichlor thylJ -0- [2, 2-dichlorvinylJ- - phosphat herangezogen wurde. 1. Insektizide Kontaktgift-Wirkung Aus acetonischen Wirkstoff-Lösungen werden in Petrischalen Wirkstoff-Beläge von 0, 15 mg Wirkstoff pro m2 aufgebracht. Nach 1 h werden die Schalen mit folgenden Versuchstieren besetzt : 1. polyvalent-resistente Stubenfliegen (Musca domestica) 2. Mücken (Aedes aegypti) 3. Kornkäfer (Sitophilus granaria) 4. Wadenstechermaden (Stomoxys calcitrans) Es wird die Zeit bestimmt, nach der alle Tiere (1000/0) Rückenlage einnehmen (vgl. Insektizide Frassgift-Wirkung Filterpapier wird mit 200/0igem Honigwasser und einer acetonischen Lösung von 20 mg Wirkstoff getränkt. Nach 5 h wird das feuchte, von Aceton befreite Filterpapier 2 h zu hungrigen polyvalent-re- sistenten Stubenfliegen gelegt. Anschliessend werden die Tiere mit Wasser und Zucker gefüttert und bei 22 gehalten. In der folgenden Tabelle ist die Zeit in Minuten angegeben, nach der alle Tiere (100'lu) Rückenlage einnehmen (vgl. Insektizide Kontaktgift-Wirkung : a) 50 g Weizen werden mit 100 mg eines 1%igen Stäubemittels vermischt und dann mit Kornkäfern (Sitophilus granaria) besetzt. Die Tiere werden dann bei 22 bis 24 C unter Normalbedingungen gehalten. Die Bonitierung des Versuches erfolgt nach 1, 2 und 5 Tagen. b) In Petrischalen werden 20 mg eines zuigen Stäubemittels gleichmässig verteilt. Dann werden Küchenschaben (Phyllodromia germanica und Periplaneta americana) eingesetzt und unter Nor- malbedingungen bei 22 bis 240C gehalten. c) Mit Schmierläusen (Planococcus citri) infizierte Tomatenpflanzen werden mit einer 0, 0250/0igen Emulsion (hergestellt aus einem l Öligen emulgierbaren Konzentrat) gespritzt und bei 240C und 70% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit im Gewächshaus gehalten. Die Wirkstoffe werden in geeigneten Mischern mit den Zuschlagstoffen innig vermischt und auf entsprechenden Mühlen und Walzen vermahlen. Man erhält Spritzpulver, die sich mit Wasser zu Suspensionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration verdünnen lassen. Derartige Suspensionen finden hauptsächlich im Pflanzenschutz zur Bekämpfung von fressenden und saugenden Insekten Verwendung. Sprühmittel Zur Herstellung eines a) 5% eigen und b) 2% igen Sprühmittels werden die folgenden Bestandteile verwendet : EMI9.1 95 Teilen Kerosin gelöst. Diese Lösungen werden mit Druckspritzen versprüht. Die Lösung a) wird vorteilhaft zur Bekämpfung von Blattläusen auf Obstbäumen u. a. Pflanzen verwendet. Die Lösung b) wird insbesondere zur Be- kämpfung von Fliegen und Mücken in Wohnungen, Lager- und Schlachthäusern verwendet.

- PATENTANSPRUCH : Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, welches als Wirkstoff mindestens einen O-Methyl-O- (2, 2, 2-tri- halogenäthyl)-0- (2', 2'-dihalogenvinyl)-phosphorsäureester der Formel EMI9.2 enthält, worin X Fluor oder Chlor und Y Chlor oder Brom bedeuten, zusammen mit für den Pflanzenschutz geeigneten Trägerstoffen und/oder Verteilungsmitteln.Druck : Ing.
