Description

       

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoff'es.       Es wurde gefunden, dass ein wertvoller       Küpenfarbstoff    hergestellt werden bann,  wenn man     2,7-Di-(5'-benzoylamino-1'-anthra-          chinonyl-)aminodiphenylenoxyd    mit konden  sierenden Mitteln behandelt.  



  Der Farbstoff bildet ein braunes Pulver,  das sich mit grüner Farbe in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure löst und Baumwolle aus gelb  roter     Küpe    in sehr echten braunen Tönen       p     färbt. ,.  Das dem vorliegenden Verfahren als<B>AUS-</B>  <B>,</B>     gangsprodukt        el        dienende        2-,7-Di-(5'-benzoyl-          i        ii,min,o        -l'-anthrachinonyl-)aminodiphenylen-          oxyd    kann wie folgt hergestellt werden:

    1,6 Teile     2,7-Dibromdiph.enylenoxyd    wer  den zusammen mit. 3,5 Teilen     1-Amino-5-          benzoyls;minoanthrachinon,    1,2 Teilen wasser  freier Soda und 0,2 Teilen     Kupferchlorür    in  50 Teilen Nitrobenzol verteilt und 8 Stunden  lang zum Sieden erhitzt.

   Nach dem Erkalten  wird unter Absaugen filtriert, mit     Nitro-          benzol,    sowie Benzol und Alkohol gewaschen,  der     Riiclcsta,n.d    zur weiteren Reinigung mit    verdünnter     Salzsäure    und hierauf mit Al  kohol ausgekocht,     abfiltriert,    gewaschen     und          getrocknet.    Man erhält     .ein    braunschwarzes,       kristallines    Pulver, das sich in konzentrier  ter Schwefelsäure mit olivgrüner Farbe löst.  



  Als kondensierende Mittel kommen insbe  sondere diejenigen in Betracht, die zur Her  stellung von Ring     chlüs.sen,    wie     Carbazol-          ringschlüssen,    geeignet sind, wie Aluminium  chlorid, gegebenenfalls zusammen mit Alkali  halogeniden,     Benzplcyaniden    und Säure  chloriden, hauptsächlich aber konzentrierte  Schwefelsäure sowie ihre Abkömmlinge, wie       Chlorsulfonsäure.     



       Beispiel:     1. Teil des     Umsetzungsproduktes    aus  1     Mol        2,7-Dibromdiphenylenoxyd    und 2     Mol          1-Amino-5-benzoylaminoanthrachinon    wird in  i     i-0    Teile 100     5i@'        ige    Schwefelsäure eingetragen  und 16 Stunden bei 0-5   verrührt.     Man     trägt in Eis ein, fügt 0,3 Teile     Natriumnitrit     hinzu und rührt 3 Stunden bei 0-5  , fügt .  weitere 0,15 Teile     Natriumnitrit    hinzu und      rührt 16 Stunden bei 0-5 ".

   Man filtriert  ab,     wäscht    gründlich aus und trocknet den  gebildeten Farbstoff.
