Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 100705. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines indigoiden Farbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen wert vollen, indigoiden Farbstoff herstellen kann, wenn man das @ss-Thionaphtisatin, beispiels weise erhalten nach dem Verfahren des Pa tentee Nr. 93486, mit 6-Aminothioin:
doxyl- karbonsäure kondensiert und das so erhaltene Produkt bromiert. Der Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit blauer Farbe und gibt finit Hydrosulfit und Natronlauge eine orange- gelbe Küpe, aus welcher Wolle in licht- und waschechten rotbraunen, Baumwolle in sehr licht-, wasch- und chlorechten, gelbbraunen Tönen gefärbt wird.
Beispiel: In 7000 Teilen Alkohol werden 214 Teile -6-Thionaphtisatin und 214 Teile 6-Amino- t:hioindoxylkarbonsäure eingetragen und hier auf einige Stunden am Rückflusskühler ge kocht. Die Kondensation kann durch Zusatz von Ammoniak oder Dimethylanilin be- sclileunigt werden. Nachdem sie beendet ist, wird filtriert, gewaschen und getrocknet.
361 Teile dieses Farbstoffes werden bei <B>0</B> bis -3- 5 in 9000 Teilen 9.8 %iger Schwe- felsäure gelöst und mit 144 Teilen Brom versetzt. Man rührt noch einige Stunden unter Kühlung; dann lässt man,die Tempera tur auf 20' steigen und rührt weitere 14 Stunden. Hierauf wird auf Fis ausge tragen, der .abgeschiedene Farbstoff filtriert und getrocknet. '

Example: 214 parts -6-thionaphtisatin and 214 parts 6-amino- t: hioindoxylcarboxylic acid are introduced into 7000 parts of alcohol and boiled here for a few hours on the reflux condenser. The condensation can be stopped by adding ammonia or dimethylaniline. After it is finished, it is filtered, washed and dried.
361 parts of this dye are dissolved in 9000 parts of 9.8% sulfuric acid at 0 to -3-5, and 144 parts of bromine are added. The mixture is stirred for a few hours while cooling; then let the temperature rise to 20 'and stir for a further 14 hours. This is carried out on Fis, the deposited dye is filtered and dried. '
