Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     indigoiden        Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen wert  vollen     indigoiden    Farbstoff herstellen kann,  wenn man das     2.1-Thionaphthisatin,    bei  spielsweise erhalten nach dem Verfahren des  Patentes Nr. 98486, mit     1.2-Naphththio-          indoxyl    kondensiert. Der neue Farbstoff bil  det ein braunes Pulver, löst sich in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit blauvioletter Farbe  und gibt mit     Hydrosulfit    und Natronlauge  eine gelbbraune     Küpe,    aus welcher Baum  wolle in braunen Tönen gefärbt wird, die  beim Waschen etwas heller und vorzüglich  echt werden.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>       27.4    Teile     2.1-Thionaphthisatin    und  200 Teile     1.2-Naphththioindoxyl    werden  in 5000 Teilen Alkohol suspendiert und  nach Zugabe von 5 Teilen Soda zum Sieden  erhitzt. Nach kurzem Kochen ist die Kon-         densation    beendet. Der in guter Ausbeute  ausgeschiedene Farbstoff wird     abfiltriert,     gewaschen und getrocknet.

The new dye forms a brown powder, dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a blue-violet color and, with hydrosulphite and sodium hydroxide solution, gives a yellow-brown vat from which cotton is dyed in brown tones, which become a little lighter and extremely real when washed.



  <I> Example </I> 27.4 parts of 2.1-thionaphthisatin and 200 parts of 1,2-naphththioindoxyl are suspended in 5000 parts of alcohol and, after addition of 5 parts of soda, heated to the boil. After a short boil, the condensation is over. The dyestuff which separates out in good yield is filtered off, washed and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines indi- goiden Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das 2.1-Thionaphthisatin mit 1.2- Naphththioindoxyl kondensiert wird. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein braunes Pulver, löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit blauvioletter Farbe und gibt mit Hydro- sulfit und Natronlauge eine gelbbraune Küpe, aus welcher Baumwolle in braunen Tönen gefärbt wird, die beim Waschen etwas heller und vorzüglich echt werden.
