Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     indigoiden        Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden,     da.ss    man einen neuen       Küpenfarbstoff    herstellen kann, wenn man  das     1,2-Thionaphthisiatin    (welches erhalten  werden kann durch Kondensieren von     1-          Thionaphthol    mit     Oxyalylchlorid)    mit der 6  Aminooxythion.aphthenkarbonsäure     konden-          siert    und     das    so erhaltene Produkt     benzoy-          liert.    Der so erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein  dunkelrotes Pulver dar,

   das sich in Schwefel  säure mit olivgrüner Farbe löst; er gibt mit.       Hydrosulfit    und Natronlauge eine     gelbbraune          Küpe,        .aus    welcher Baumwolle in     rotstichigen     braunen Tönen gefärbt wird, die beim     Seifen     echt werden.  



       Beispiel:     214 Teile     1,2-Thionaphthisatin    und 209  Teile     6-Aminooxythion:aphthenkarbansäure     werden in 4000 Teilen Alkohol     suspendiert     und nach Zugabe von 5 Teilen     Soda.        zum     Sieden erhitzt. Nach kurzem Kochen ist die       Kondensation    beendet. Der in sehr guter  Ausbeute abgeschiedene Farbstoff. wird fil  triert, gewaschen und getrocknet.

      <B>361</B> Teile .des so erhaltenen Farbstoffes  und 141 Teile     Benzoylchlorid    werden     mit     3000 Teilen     Pyridin        vermischt    und während  mehreren Stunden zum Kochen erhitzt. Beim  Abkühlen scheidet sich in guter Ausbeute das  neue Produkt  < aus. Es wird     abfiltriert,    mit  Alkohol     rnachgewasühen    und getrocknet.
