Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     indigoiden    Farbstoffes.    Es wurde     gefunden,        .dass    man     einen    neuen       indigoi-den    Farbstoff erhält, wenn man das       8-Chlor-2,1-thionaphthisatin    (welches erhal  ten werden kann durch     Kondensieren    von     8-          Chlor-2-thionaphtho,1    mit     Oxalylchlo@rid)    mit       6-Chloroxythian.aphthenkarbonsäure    konden  siert.  



  Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein     dunkelbrau-          nes    Pulver, löst sich in konzentrierter Schwe  felsäure mit .grüner Farbe, gibt mit     Hydro-          sulfit    und Natronlauge eine     rotgelbe        güpe     und erzeugt auf Baumwolle Färbungen, wel  che nach .dem Seifen     rötlichvioilett    und sehr  echt gemacht werden.  



       Beispiel:     In 10000 Teile Alkohol werden 248,5  Teile     8-Chlor-2,1-thionaphthis,atin    und 228,5  Teile 6 -     Chlo-roxythionaphthenkarbonsäure     eingetragen und hierauf die Mischung län-         gere    Zeit Farn     Rückflusskühler    gekocht. Der  gebildete Farbstoff wird filtriert, gewaschen  und getrocknet.

       Example: 248.5 parts of 8-chloro-2,1-thionaphthis, ateine and 228.5 parts of 6-chloro-roxythionaphthenecarboxylic acid are added to 10,000 parts of alcohol and the mixture is then boiled in a Fern reflux condenser for a long time. The dye formed is filtered, washed and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen indigoiden Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeich net, .dass man 8 - Chlor - 2,1 - thionaphthisatin mit 6-Chloroxythionaphthenkarbansäure kon densiert. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein dunkel braunes Pulver, löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe, gibt mit Hydrosulfit und Natronlauge eine rotgelbe Küpe und erzeugt auf Baumwolle Färbun gen, welche nach dem Seifen rötlichviolett und sehr echt werden.
