Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von einem neuen     Nüpenfarbstoff.       Es     wurde    gefunden, dass man einen  neuen     Küpenfarbstoff    erhält, wenn man       2.1-Naphthindoxyl    mit     5.7-Dibrom.isatin     kondensiert.  



  Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein bräunliches  Pulver dar, das sich in Schwefelsäure mit  blauer Farbe löst. Er bildet eine grüngelbe       Küpe    und färbt Baumwolle in oliven Tönen  von sehr guter Echtheit.  



       Beispiel:     188 Teile     2.1-Naphthindoxyl    und 305  Teile 5.     7-Dibromisatin    werden in 4000 Tei  len Alkohol suspendiert und nach Beigabe  von 5 Teilen konzentriertem Ammoniak zum  Sieden erhitzt. Nach mehrstündigem Kochen  ist die Kondensation beendigt. Der in guter    Ausbeute abgeschiedene Farbstoff wird fil  triert, gewaschen und getrocknet.

  The new dye is a brownish powder that dissolves in sulfuric acid with a blue color. It forms a greenish-yellow vat and dyes cotton in olive tones with very good fastness.



       Example: 188 parts of 2.1-naphthindoxyl and 305 parts of 5. 7-dibromoisatin are suspended in 4000 parts of alcohol and, after adding 5 parts of concentrated ammonia, heated to the boil. After several hours of boiling, the condensation has ended. The dye deposited in good yield is filtered off, washed and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung von einem neuen Küpenfarbstoff, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man 2. 1-Naphthindoxyl mit 5. 7- Dibromisatin kondensiert. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein bräunliches Pulver dar, das sich in Schwefelsäure mit blauer Farbe löst. Er bildet eine grüngelbe Küpe und färbt Baumwolle in oliven Tönen von sehr guter Echtheit.
