Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines neuen     indigoiden        Farbstoffes.       Es     wurde    gefunden, dass ein neuer, wert  voller,     indigoider    Farbstoff entsteht, wenn  man das 1 .     2-Naphththioindoxyl    mit     a-Isatin-          anilid    kondensiert.  



  Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein dunkel  braunes Pulver dar, das sich in Schwefel  säure mit grünblauer Farbe löst. Er bildet  eine grüngelbe     Küpe    und färbt Baumwolle     in          violettgrauen    Tönen, die     beim    Seifen rein  grau werden.  



       Beispiel:     200 Teile     1.2-Naphththioindoxyl    und  222 Teile     a-Isatinanilid    werden in 4000 Tei  len in Alkohol     suspendiert    und nach Zugabe  von 5 Teilen Soda zum Sieden erhitzt. Nach  kurzem Kochen ist die Kondensation been-         digt.    Der in sehr guter Ausbeute     abgeschie-          ,dene    Farbstoff wird filtriert, gewaschen und  getrocknet.

  The new dye is a dark brown powder that dissolves in sulfuric acid with a green-blue color. It forms a greenish-yellow vat and dyes cotton in violet-gray tones that turn pure gray when soapy.



       Example: 200 parts of 1,2-naphththioindoxyl and 222 parts of a-isatinanilide are suspended in alcohol in 4000 parts and heated to the boil after adding 5 parts of soda. After a short boil, the condensation is over. The dyestuff deposited in very good yield is filtered, washed and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen indigoiden Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man 1 . 2-Naphththioindoxyl mit a Isatinaniiid kondensiert. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein dunkelbraunes Pulver dar, das s--_eh in Schwefelsäure mit grünblauer Farbe löst. Er bildet eine grüngelbe Küpe und färbt Baumwolle in violettgrauen Tönen, .die beim Seifen rein grau werden.
