Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines     indigoiden    Farbstoffes.    Es wurde befunden,     dass    man einen     in-          digoiden    Farbstoff herstellen kann, wenn  man ein     a-Ketomonoanil    des     Thion.aphthen-          chinons    mit     1-Methyl-2,3-nap.hthooxythio-          phen        kondensiert.     



  Der erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein dunkel  blaues Pulver dar, das sich in konzentrierter       Schwefelsäure    mit grünoliver Farbe löst. Es  bildet eine     orangebraune        Kvipe.    Daraus wird  Baumwolle in grauer Nuance von sehr guter  Echtheit     gefärbt.     



       Beispiel:     21,4 Teile     1-Methyl-2,3-naphthooxythio-          phen    werden mit 28,2 Teilen     Thionaphthen-          chinon-p-dimethylamide-anil    in 400 Teilen  Eisessig suspendiert und einige Stunden  rückfliessend gekocht. Hierauf wird filtriert,    mit Alkohol gewaschen und .der Farbstoff ge  trocknet.

  The dye obtained is a dark blue powder which dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a green-olive color. It forms an orange-brown kvipe. From this, cotton is dyed in a gray shade of very good fastness.



       Example: 21.4 parts of 1-methyl-2,3-naphthooxythiophene are suspended with 28.2 parts of thionaphthene-quinone-p-dimethylamide-anil in 400 parts of glacial acetic acid and refluxed for a few hours. It is then filtered, washed with alcohol and the dye is dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines indi- goiden Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, d,ass man ein a-Ketomonoanil des Thionaph- thenchinos mit 1-Methyl-2,3-naphtho@oxythio- phen kondensiert. Der erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein dunkel blaues Pulver dar, das sich in konzentrierter ,Schwefelsäure mit.grünoliver Farbe löst. Es bildet eine orangebraune Küpe. Daraus wird Baumwolle in grauer Nuance von sehr guter Echtheit .gefärbt.
