Description

  

      Yerfahren    zur Herstellung eines neuen     indigoiden        Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       indigoiden    Farbstoff erhält, wenn man     das        1-          Chlar-2,3-thionaphthisatin    (welches erhalten  werden kann durch     Kondensieren    von     1-          Chlor-2-thionaphthol    mit     Oxalylchlorid)    mit       Acenaphthenon        kondensiert.     



  Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein blaurotes  Pulver, löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefel  säure mit grüner Farbe, gibt mit     Hydrosulfit     und Natronlauge eine braungelbe     Küpe    und  erzeugt auf     Baumwolle    Färbungen, welche  nach dem Seifen     heliotrop    und sehr echt  werden.  



       Beispiel:     <B>293</B> Teile 1- Chlor - 2,3 -     thionaphthisatin     und 168 Teile     Acenaphthenon    werden in 2000  Teilen Chlorbenzol suspendiert. Nach Zugabe  von 200 Teilen     Chlorzink    wird längere Zeit    zum schwachen Sieden erhitzt. Der sich ab  scheidende Farbstoff wird filtriert.

  The new dye forms a blue-red powder, dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a green color, gives a brown-yellow vat with hydrosulfite and sodium hydroxide solution and produces dyes on cotton which become heliotropic and very real after soaking.



       Example: 293 parts 1-chloro-2,3-thionaphthisatin and 168 parts acenaphthenone are suspended in 2000 parts of chlorobenzene. After adding 200 parts of zinc chloride, the mixture is heated to a gentle boil for a long time. The dye which separates out is filtered off.
