Boîte de montre étanche: L'invention a pour objet une boîte de montre étanche comprenant un fond et une lunette formant carrure, assemblés l'un avec l'autre par vissage, une rondelle compressible d'étanchéité étant interposée entre le fond et la lunette.
Les boîtes de ce genre sont connues et appréciées depuis longtemps, car leur cons truction permet de réaliser, sans difficulté, un assemblage pratiquement étanche des élé ments constitutifs de la boîte, à l'exclusion du verre de protection et des organes de re montoir.
Toutefois, dans les, boîtes de petit format, destinées par exemple aux montres-bracelets, le filetage de la lunette-carrure est difficile à réaliser, la partie à fileter étant à peine ac cessible à l'outil.
Pour obvier à cet inconvénient, la boîte qui fait l'objet de l'invention comprend un cercle d'assemblage à filetage extérieur, vissé partiellement dans la lunette-carrure et sur lequel est vissé le fond comportant un tarau dage correspandant, la rondelle d'étanchéité étant disposée sur une portée intérieure de la lunette-carrure et y étant comprimée par le fond.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'in vention.
La fig. 1 représente, en, coupe,, une boîte de montre-bracelet à cornes, de forme ronde; la fig. 2 en est une vue en plan.
Dans le dessin, on distingue la lunette 3 formant carrure, le fond 4 et le cercle d'as- semblage 5.
La lunette-carrure 3 comporte des cornes 3 et présente un drageoir 6 destiné à recevoir le verre de protection.
La partie de lunette formant carrure pos sède un taraudage intérieur et un dégagement circulaire formant une portée 7, sur laquelle repose une rondelle compressible d'étanchéité 8, par exemple en caoutchouc.
Le cercle 5 est fileté sur son pourtour et vissé partiellement dans la partie taraudée de la lunette-carrure 3, de manière à ce qu'une partie du cercle dépasse la lunette- carrure. Sur cette partie proéminente du cer cle 5 est vissé le fond creux 4 à taraudage intérieur.
Lorsque le fond 4 est complètement serré. il est engagé, par son rebord, dans le dégage ment circulaire î de la luuette-carilire et: comprime fortement, la. rondelle d'étanchéité 8, assurant ainsi l'étanchéité du joint d'assem blage.
La lunette-carrure est percée d'un trou rond 9, Sans lequel est chassé un tube 10 destiné au passage de la tige de remontoir. Ce tube s'étend dans une encoche semi-circu laire 9' du cercle d'assemblage 5 pour bloquer ce dernier.
Il est bien entendu que le cercle 5 pourrait <B>.</B> davantace vers l'intérieur de la s 'étendre e> lunette-ea.rrure. De même que le fond 4. le cercle 5 pourrait être muni d'encoches pour en faciliter le vissage et le dévissage à, l'aide d'une clé.
La. boîte décrite offre surtout l'avantage que les opérations de filetage du cercle 5 et de taraudage de la lunette-carrure 3 et du fond 4 n'offrent aucune difficulté.
Waterproof watch case: The subject of the invention is a waterproof watch case comprising a case back and a bezel forming the middle part, assembled together by screwing, a compressible sealing washer being interposed between the case back and the bezel .
Boxes of this type have been known and appreciated for a long time, because their construction makes it possible to achieve, without difficulty, a practically sealed assembly of the constituent elements of the box, to the exclusion of the protective glass and of the remounting members.
However, in small-format boxes, intended for example for wristwatches, the threading of the bezel-middle is difficult to achieve, the part to be threaded being barely accessible to the tool.
To obviate this drawback, the case which is the subject of the invention comprises an assembly circle with external thread, partially screwed into the bezel-middle part and onto which is screwed the case-back comprising a corresponding thread, the washer d. the seal being disposed on an interior bearing surface of the bezel-middle part and being compressed therein by the bottom.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, one embodiment of the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows, in, section, a wristwatch case with horns, of round shape; fig. 2 is a plan view.
In the drawing, we can see the bezel 3 forming the middle part, the back 4 and the assembly circle 5.
The bezel-middle part 3 comprises horns 3 and has a bezel 6 intended to receive the protective glass.
The bezel portion forming the middle part has an internal thread and a circular clearance forming a bearing surface 7, on which rests a compressible sealing washer 8, for example made of rubber.
The circle 5 is threaded around its periphery and partially screwed into the threaded part of the bezel-middle part 3, so that part of the circle exceeds the bezel-middle part. The hollow base 4 with internal thread is screwed onto this prominent part of the ring 5.
When the bottom 4 is completely tight. it is engaged, by its rim, in the circular release î of the luuette-carilire and: strongly compress, the. sealing washer 8, thus ensuring the tightness of the assembly joint.
The bezel-middle part is pierced with a round hole 9, without which is driven a tube 10 intended for the passage of the winding stem. This tube extends in a semi-circular notch 9 'of the assembly circle 5 to block the latter.
It is understood that circle 5 could <B>. </B> forward towards the inside of the bezel-ea.rrure. Like the bottom 4. the circle 5 could be provided with notches to facilitate screwing and unscrewing with the aid of a key.
The box described above offers the advantage that the operations of threading the circle 5 and tapping the bezel-middle part 3 and the back cover 4 present no difficulty.
