Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren     Wollfarbstoffes.       Im Hauptpatent Nr. 193627 und dem  ersten bis siebzehnten Zusatzpatent sind Ver  fahren zur Herstellung saurer Wollfarbstoffe  beschrieben, bei welchen man     Nitroverbin-          dungen    der allgemeinen Formeln:

    worin Y Halogen oder     eine        Alkogygruppe,     X einen     Alkyl-,        Aryl-    oder     Cycloalkylrest     und Z die Gruppen C0, S02,     CO-aryl-CO     oder     S02-aryl-SO,    bedeuten, mit Aminosul-         fonsäuren    der     Diarylamin-,        Cycloalkyl-aryl-          amin-    oder     Carbazolreihe    kondensiert.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man zu ana  logen Farbstoffen mit den gleichen wert  vollen Eigenschaften gelangt,     wenn    man für  das genannte Verfahren analoge     Nitroverbin-          dungen    der folgenden allgemeinen Formeln  verwendet:

    worin X und Y die oben angegebene Bedeu-           tung    haben und     Z1    die Bedeutung -SO-  oder     -OS-aryl-SO-    hat.  



  Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich nun auf  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren       Wollfarbstoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass  man     1-Chlor-2-nitrobenzol-4-methylsulfoxyd     mit     4-Aminodiphenylamin-?-sulfonsäure    kon  densiert.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle  aus saurem Bade in braunen Tönen von sehr  guter Egalität.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  26,4 Teile 4     Aminodiphenylamin-2-sul-          fonsäure,    22 Teile     1-Chlor-\..)-nitrol)enzol-4-          methylsulfoxyd    und 28 Teile kristallisiertes       Natriumacetat    werden mit     etwa   <B>200</B> Teilen  Wasser mehrere     Stunden    unter Rühren und         Rückflusskühlung    zum Sieden erhitzt. Nach  dem Erkalten wird der gebildete Farbstoff  durch Zugabe von wenig Kochsalz ausge  schieden, abgetrennt und getrocknet.

  The present patent now relates to a process for the production of an acidic wool dye, characterized in that 1-chloro-2-nitrobenzene-4-methylsulfoxide is condensed with 4-aminodiphenylamine -? - sulfonic acid.



  The dye thus obtained dyes wool from an acid bath in brown shades of very good levelness.



  <I> Example: </I> 26.4 parts of 4 aminodiphenylamine-2-sulphonic acid, 22 parts of 1-chloro - \ ..) - nitro) enzene-4-methylsulphoxide and 28 parts of crystallized sodium acetate are mixed with about <B > 200 parts of water heated to boiling for several hours with stirring and reflux cooling. PATEN TANSPRUCIi Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1-Chlor-2-nitrobenzol-4-methyl-sulf- oxyd mit 4-A.minodiphenylamin-2-sulfon- säure kondensiert. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle aus saurein Bade in braunen Tönen von sehr guter .Egalität.
