Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kondensationsproduktes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man :durch Kon densation von 1 - Halogen - 2 - nitrobenzol - 4- alkylsulfonen mit aromatischen Aminen Kon densationsprodukte der Diphenylaminreihe erhält, die sich insbesondere zum Färben von Lacken und von Azetatseide eignen.
Wird .diese Faser nach einer der üblichen Methoden mit .den obengenannten Kondensationsproduk ten gefärbt, so erhält man lebhafte grün stichiggelbe bis orange Farbtöne von vorzüg lichen Echtheitseigenschaften. Gegenüber den bekannten Reaktionsprodukten. aus 1-Ha- logen-2. 4--dinitro-chlorbenzol zeichnen sich die neuen Produkte durch bessere Lichteeht- heit aus.
Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich nun auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kon- densationsproIduktes,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1-Chlor-2-nitrobenzol-4-methylsul- fon mit Anilin kondensiert.
Das so erhaltene @2-Nitrodiphenylamin-4- methylsulfon kristallisiert aus Alkohol in gelben Kristallen vom Smp. 134 bis 135 und färbt Azetatseide in .gelben Tönen von hervorragender Lichtechtheit.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 5 Teile 1-Chlor-2-nitrobenzol-4-methyl- sulfon werden mit etwa 100 Teilen Alkohol und B Teilen Anilin mehrere Stunden unter Rückfluss zum :Sieden erhitzt. Beim Erkalten scheidet sich das Reaktionsprodukt, das 2- Nitro-diphenylamin-4-methylsulfon, in gelben Kristallen aus.

If this fiber is dyed by one of the customary methods with the abovementioned condensation products, vivid green, pungent yellow to orange shades with excellent fastness properties are obtained. Compared to the known reaction products. from 1-halogen-2. 4 - dinitro-chlorobenzene, the new products are characterized by better light resistance.
The present patent relates to a process for the production of a condensation product, characterized in that 1-chloro-2-nitrobenzene-4-methylsulfone is condensed with aniline.
The @ 2-nitrodiphenylamine-4-methylsulfone thus obtained crystallizes from alcohol in yellow crystals with a melting point of 134 to 135 and dyes acetate silk in yellow shades of excellent lightfastness.
<I> Example: </I> 5 parts of 1-chloro-2-nitrobenzene-4-methylsulfone are refluxed with about 100 parts of alcohol and B parts of aniline for several hours. On cooling, the reaction product, 2-nitro-diphenylamine-4-methylsulfone, separates out in yellow crystals.
