Description

  

  Verfahren. zur Darstellung eines als     Farbstoff    und     Farbstofizwischenprodukt     verwendbaren Kondensationsproduktes der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues,  als Farbstoff und     Farbstoffzwischenprodukt     verwendbares Kondensationsprodukt der An  thra,chinonreihe erhält, wenn man     Cyanur-          chlorid    und     1-Aminoanthra.chinon-6-sulfo-          säure    miteinander umsetzt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  2 Teile     1-Aminoa_nthrachinon-6-sulfosäure     werden unter Zusatz von 0,9 Teilen Natrium  acetat in Form einer     10-prozentigen    Lösung  in 200 Teilen Wasser gelöst. Zu dieser Lö  sung     wird    bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur unter  Rühren eine Lösung von 1,4 Teilen     Cy        anur-          chlorid    in etwa 20 Teilen Aceton zugegeben.  Darauf wird so lange weitergerührt, bis die  rote Farbe der     Aminosulfosäure    verschwun  den ist.

   Alsdann werden weitere 2 Teile     1-          Aminoanthr.achinon-6-sulfosäure    und     0,9Teile          Natriuma.cetat    zugesetzt und die Lösung im  Verlauf von mehreren Stunden bis zum be  ginnenden Sieden erhitzt. Am     S.chluss    wird  das Kondensationsprodukt durch     Aussalzen       in Form kleiner filziger, gelbgefärbter     Nädel-          chen        gewonnen.    Nach dem Trocknen stellt  es ein     orangegelbes    Pulver dar, das sich in  Wasser, verdünnter Natronlauge und ver  dünnter Schwefelsäure mit gelber Farbe löst  und Wolle aus saurem Bade in gelben Tönen  anfärbt.

  <I> Example: </I> 2 parts of 1-Aminoa_nthraquinone-6-sulfonic acid are dissolved in 200 parts of water with the addition of 0.9 parts of sodium acetate in the form of a 10 percent solution. A solution of 1.4 parts of cyanuric chloride in about 20 parts of acetone is added to this solution at ordinary temperature while stirring. Stirring is continued until the red color of the aminosulfonic acid has disappeared.

   Then another 2 parts of 1-aminoanthr.achinone-6-sulfonic acid and 0.9 parts of sodium acetate are added and the solution is heated over the course of several hours to the start of boiling. At the end the condensation product is obtained by salting out in the form of small, felty, yellow-colored needles. After drying, it turns into an orange-yellow powder that dissolves in water, dilute sodium hydroxide solution and dilute sulfuric acid with a yellow color and dyes wool from an acid bath in yellow tones.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines als Farbstoff und Farbstoffzwischenprodukt ver wendbaren Kondensationsproduktes der An- thrachinonreihe, darin bestehend, dass man Cyanurchlorid und 1-Aminoanthrachinon-6- sulfosäure miteinander umsetzt. Das neue Kondensationsprodukt ist ein orangegelbes Pulver, das sich in Wasser, verdünnter Na tronlauge und verdünnter Schwefelsäure mit gelber Farbe löst und Wolle aus saurem Bade in gelben Tönen anfärbt.
