Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines     Wollfarbstoffes    der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Wollfarb-          stoffes    der     Anthrachitionreihe,    dadurch ge  kennzeichnet, dass man 1     Mo1        1-Amino-4-          broinanthrachinon-2-sulfosaures    Natrium mit  mindestens 1     Mol        1.4-Diamino-benzol-2-thio-          sulfosaurem    Natrium kondensiert. .  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff löst sich in  konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit schwach  rötlich brauner Farbe, die auf Zusatz von       Paraformaldehyd    nach Grün umschlägt. In  Wasser löst er sich mit blauer Farbe und  zieht auf Wolle in saurem Bade in grün  blauen echten Tönen auf.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine Lösung von 45 kg     1-Amino-4-brom-          at@(,nrachinon-2-sulfosaurem    Natrium und 30 kg       1.4-Diamino-benzol-2-thiosulfosaures    Natrium  wird in etwa<B>1500</B> kg Wasser und nach  Zusatz von 20 kg Soda und 2 kg Kupfer  vitriol mehrere Stunden bei 60   gerührt. So-    bald die Kondensation beendet ist, wird der  gebildete Farbstoff durch Zugabe von Koch  salz     ausgesalzen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wollfarb- stoffes der Anthrachinonreihe, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man 1 lyIol 1-Amino-4-brom- anthrachinon-2-sulfosaures Natrium mit min destens 1Mol 1.4-Diamitio-benzol-2-thiosulfo- saurem Natrium kondensiert.
