Description

  

      Yerfaliren    zur Herstellung eines     stiehstofflialtigen        ILüpenfarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines stickstoffhal  tigen     Küpenfarbstoffes,    dadurch     gekennzeich-          riet,    dass man     Bz.-1-Benzanthronyl-l-amino-          5-p-tolylaminoanthrachinon    mit einem alkali  schen Kondensationsmittel behandelt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff löst sich in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe und  färbt Baumwolle aus     violettblauer        Küpe    in  echten graublauen Tönen.  



       Beispiel:     50 Teile     Bz.-1-Benzantbronyl-l-amino-5-          p-tolylaminoarithrachinon    (ein nicht     vei-küp-          barer    Körper, der sich in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit braungelber Farbe löst und  durch Kondensation von     Bz.-1-Brombenzan-          thron    mit     1-Amino-5-p-tolylaminoanthrachirion          erhalten    wird werden allmählich in eine auf       1ä0-160      gehaltene Schmelze von 300 Teilen         Ätzkali    und 50 Teilen Alkohol eingetragen.

    Die Reaktionstemperatur lässt man hierauf  auf 180-2000 steigen und verdünnt     nach     etwa 1 Stunde die Schmelze reit Wasser.  Der Farbstoff wird durch Ausblasen mit Luft  abgeschieden und gewaschen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines stickstoff haltigen Küpenfarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man Bz. -1- Benzantbronyl-1- amino-5-p-tolylaminoanthrachinon mit einem alkalischen Kondensationsmittel behandelt. Der neue Farbstoff löst sich in konzen trierter Schwefeluäure mit grüner Farbe und färbt Baumwolle aus violettblauer Küpe in echten graublauen Tönen.
