Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     güpenfarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Küpen-          farbstoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man  das durch Behandlung von     Bz-1-Benzanthro-          nyl-l-amino-5-aminoanthrachinon    mit alka  lischen Mitteln erhaltene Kondensationspro  dukt mit     Antbrachinon-2-carbonsäurechlorid     umsetzt.  



  Die Lösungsfarbe des neuen Farbstoffes  in Schwefelsäure ist grün. Mit     Hydrosulfit     und Lauge erhält man eine blaue     Küpe,    aus  der Baumwolle in sehr echten,     gelboliven     Tönen angefärbt wird.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    46 kg des durch Behandlung von     Bz-1-          Benzanthron-#l        -1-amicio-5    -     aminoanthrachinon     mit alkalischen Mitteln erhaltenen Konden  sationsproduktes werden mit 30 kg     Anthra-          chinon-2-carbonsäui-echloi,id    1-2 Stunden un  ter Rühren in     Nitrobenzollösung    bei Siede  temperatur gehalten.

   Nach Erkalten wird der  ausgefallene     Farbstoff    abgeschieden und ge-    waschen. Die Lösungsfarbe des neuen     Farb          stuffes    in Schwefelsäure ist grün. Mit     Ilydro-          sulfit    und Lauge erhält man     eine.blaue        Küpe,     aus der Baumwolle in sehr echten,     gelboliven     Tönen angefärbt wird.

<B>PATENTANSPRÜCHE:</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Küpenfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das durch Behandlung von Bz-1-Benz- anthronyl-l-amino-5-aminoanthrachinon mit al kalischen .Mitteln erhaltene Kondensations produkt mit Anthrachinon-2-carbonsäurechlorid umsetzt. Die Lösungsfarbe des neuen Farbstoffes in Schwefelsäure ist grün.
