Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     indigoiden    Farbstoffes der     Anthracenreihe.       Es     wurde    gefunden, dass man einen neuen       indigoiden    Farbstoff der     Anthracenreihe    er  hält, wenn man das     2,1-Anthracenoxythio-          phen    mit     5,7-Dibromisatin    kondensiert. Der  neue Farbstoff ist in Schwefelsäure mit rot  violetter Farbe löslich, er bildet mit     Hydro-          sulfit    und Natronlauge eine gelbbraune       Küpe,    aus welcher Baumwolle in echten  gelbbraunen Tönen gefärbt wird.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>  25 Teile     2,1-Anthracenoxythiophen    wer  den mit 34,5 Teilen     5,7-Dibromisatin    und  500 Teilen Eisessig kurz aufgekocht. Der  ausgeschiedene Farbstoff wird abgesaugt,  gewaschen und getrocknet.  



  Derselbe Farbstoff entsteht auch, wenn  man statt der     Oxythiophenverbindung    die  entsprechende     Thioglykolkarbonsäure    ver-    wendet. In diesem Falle arbeitet man in Ge  genwart von     Essigsäureanhydrid    und Na  triumacetat, wobei die     Oxythiophenverbin-          dung    zunächst entsteht und     dann    mit den  vorhandenen Komponenten reagiert.

The new dye is soluble in sulfuric acid with a red-violet color, it forms a yellow-brown vat with hydrosulfite and sodium hydroxide solution, from which cotton is dyed in real yellow-brown tones.



  <I> Example </I> 25 parts of 2,1-anthracene oxythiophene are briefly boiled with 34.5 parts of 5,7-dibromoisatin and 500 parts of glacial acetic acid. The precipitated dye is filtered off, washed and dried.



  The same dye is also produced if the corresponding thioglycolic acid is used instead of the oxythiophene compound. In this case one works in the presence of acetic anhydride and sodium acetate, whereby the oxythiophene compound is formed first and then reacts with the components present.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines indi- goiden Farbstoffes der Anthracenreihe, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man das 2,1- An- thracenoxythiophen mit 5,7 - Dibromisatin kondensiert. Der neue Farbstoff ist inSchwe- felsäure mit rotvioletter Farbe löslich, er bildet mit Hydrosulfit und Natronlauge eine gelbbraune Küpe, aus welcher Baum wolle in echten gelbbraunen Tönen gefärbt wird.
