Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwefelfarbstoffes.    Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwefel  farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man  das     Leukoindophenol,    wie es aus     4'-Benzoyl-          aminodiphenyl-1-aminonaphthalin-    8     -sulf        on-          säure    und     p-Aminophenol    erhältlich ist, in  Gegenwart einer     Kupferverbindung    mit     einem          Alkalipolysulfid    behandelt.  



  Der so erhaltene Schwefelfarbstoff ist  ein schwarzes Pulver, das sich in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure nur schwer mit  schwach     grünstichig    blauer Farbe löst, und  färbt die pflanzliche Faser aus dem     Schwe-          felnatriumbade    in lebhaften     gelbstichig    grü  nen     Tönen    von guten Echtheitseigenschaften.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    20 Teile des     Leukoindophenols    aus 4'       Benzoylami.nodiphenyl-l-aminonaphthalin-8-          sulfonsäure    und     p-Aminophenol    werden mit  einer wässerigen     Polysulfidlösung    aus 46  Teilen kristallisiertem     Schwefelnatrium    und  47 Teilen Schwefel unter Zusatz von 6 Tei  len Kupfervitriol längere Zeit unter Rück  flusskühlung gekocht. Die     fertige    Schmelze    wird mit etwa 800 Teilen Wasser     verdünnt;     nach Zusatz von 20     Teilen    kristallisiertem  Schwefelnatrium und etwas Kochsalz wird  der Farbstoff mit Luft ausgeblasen und wie  üblich abgeschieden.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwe felfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Leukoindophenol, wie es aus 4'- Benzoylaminodiphenyl -1- aminonaphthalin-8- sulfonsäure und p-Aminophenol erhältlich ist, in Gegenwart einer Kupferverbindung mit einem Alkalipolysulfid behandelt.
