Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 207345. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwefelfarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Jerfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwefel- 'arbstoffes, dadurchgekennzeichnet, dass man las Leukoindophenol, wie es aus 4'-Acetyl- Lminodiphenyl-1- aminonaphthalin- 8 - sulf on- ;
äure und p-Aminophenol erhältlich ist, mit ;inem Alkalipolysulfid behandelt.
Der so erhaltene Schwefelfarbstoff ist :in dunkelblaues Pulver, das sich in konzen- ;rierter Schwefelsäure nur schwer mit blauer %rbe löst, und färbt die pflanzliche Faser ins dem Schwefelnatriumbade in grünen Tönen von guten Echtheitseigenschaften.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 15 Teile des Leukoindophenols aus 4' Aeetylaminodiphenyl-1- aminonaphthalin- 8 3ulfonsäure und p-Aminophenol werden mit siner wässerigen Polysulfidlösung aus 45 Teilen kristallisiertem Schwefelnatrium und 30 Teilen Schwefel mehrere Stunden unter Rückflusskühlung auf etwa<B>1051</B> C erhitzt.
Nach Verdünnen der fertigen Schmelze mit etwa 300 Teilen Wasser und Zusatz von 15 Teilen kristallisiertem Schwefelnatrium und etwas Kochsalz wird der Farbstoff mit Luft ausgeblasen und wie üblich abgeschieden.

<I> Example: </I> 15 parts of the leucoindophenol from 4 'acetylaminodiphenyl-1-aminonaphthalene-8 3ulfonic acid and p-aminophenol are refluxed with an aqueous polysulfide solution of 45 parts of crystallized sodium sulfide and 30 parts of sulfur for several hours to about <B > 1051 </B> C heated.
After the finished melt has been diluted with about 300 parts of water and 15 parts of crystallized sodium sulphide and a little sodium chloride have been added, the dye is blown out with air and deposited as usual.
