    mit schwefelnd wirkenden Mitteln behandelt.  Der neue Schwefelfarbstoff ist ein dunkel  blaues Pulver, das sich in     conc.    Schwefel  säure mit klarer, blauer Farbe löst.

   Er färbt  die pflanzliche Faser aus der     Hydrosulfitküpe     in lebhaft     grünstichig-blauen    Tönen von guten  Echtheitseigenschaften. ,  <I>Beispiel:</I>  10 Teile des     Leukoindophenols,    erhältlich  zum Beispiel aus     N-Oxyäthyl-a-naphthylamin     und     Chinonchlorimin    nach bekanntem Ver  fahren, werden mit 10 Teilen Schwefelnatrium       conc.    und 12 Teilen Schwefel in 75 Teilen  Alkohol mehrere Stunden unter     Rückfluss    ge-    kocht. Dann wird der Alkohol     abdestilliert     und die Schmelze wie im Hauptpatent be  schrieben aufgearbeitet.
