Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Woll- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1- Amino-4-bromanthrachinon-2-sulfonsäure mit m-Aminobenzyl-methyl-acetamid kondensiert.
Der so erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein dun kelblaues Pulver dar, das sich in konzen trierter Schwefelsäure mit blaustichiggrüner Farbe löst, die auf Zusatz von Paraform- aldehyd nach Gelbstichiggrün umschlägt, und färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in klaren und sehr egalen blauen Tönen von ausgesprochener Rotstichigkeit.
Beispiel: 40 Teile 1-Amino-4-bromanthrachinon-2- sulfonsäure werden in etwa 4000 Teilen Wasser gelöst und mit 27 Teilen m-Amino- benzyl-methyl-acetamid, 40 Teilen Natrium bicarbonat und 4 Teilen Kupferchlorür ver setzt. Die Lösung wird mehrere Stunden auf<B>90-950</B> C erhitzt und nach Beendigung der Farbstoffbildung der gebildete Farbstoff isoliert.
Process for the production of an acidic wool dye. The present patent relates to a process for the production of an acidic wool dye, characterized in that 1-amino-4-bromoanthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid is condensed with m-aminobenzyl-methyl-acetamide.
The dye thus obtained is a dark blue powder that dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a bluish green color, which changes to yellowish green on addition of paraformaldehyde, and dyes wool from acid baths in clear and very even blue tones with a pronounced reddish tinge.
Example: 40 parts of 1-amino-4-bromoanthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid are dissolved in about 4000 parts of water and 27 parts of m-amino-benzyl-methyl-acetamide, 40 parts of sodium bicarbonate and 4 parts of copper chloride are added. The solution is heated to 90-950 C for several hours and the dye formed is isolated after the dye formation has ended.
