Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. <B>219656.</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1-Amino-4-bromanthrachinon-2-sulfon- säure mit 4-Aminobenzyl-piperidin konden siert und das erhaltene Kondensationsprodukt mit einem sulfonierenden Mittel bis zum Ein tritt einer Sulfogruppe behandelt.
Der so erhaltene Farbstoff löst sieh in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit schmutzig blauvioletter Farbe, die auf Zusatz von Para- formaldehyd nach gelbstic'hig grün um- .schlägt, und färbt Wolle in rot-stichig blauen Tönen von guter Lichtechtheit.
Er besitzt ein hervorragendes Egalisierungsvermögen. <I>Beispiel:</I> <B>33</B> Teile 1-Amino-4-bromanthrachinon-2- sulfonsäure werden in einem Gemisch aus etwa<B>1700</B> Teilen Wasser und<B>600</B> Teilen<B>Al-</B> kohol gelöst und mit 24 Teilen 4-Amino- benzyl-piperi,din, <B>33</B> Teilen Natriumbiearbo- nat und<B>3,3</B> Teilen Kupferelilorür versetzt. Die Lösung wird mehrere Stunden zum Sieden erhitzt und das gebildete Kondensa tionsprodukt durcli Aussäuern abgeschieden.
Es wird abgesaugt und mit heissem Wasser gut ausgewasclien.
<B>30</B> Teile,des obigen Kondensationsproduk- teas werden in einem Gemisch aus<B>150</B> Teilen Schwefelsäure-Monehydrat und<B>30</B> Teilen ffligem Oleum gelöst. Die Reaktionsmasse wird ungefähr 20 Stunden auf 40-45'<B>C</B> erwärmt und dann mit Eis versetzt. Die stark mineralsaure Farbsto-fflösung wird nun mit Natronlauge von 33'Bö neutralisiert und der gebildete Farbstoff durch Zufügen von Koch salz abgeschieden. Er wird abgesaugt und mit Salzwasser von 15'B6 uachgewaseIien.
