Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 281890.    Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Stilbenfarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes     isst    ein     Verfahren    zur Darstellung       eines        Stilbenfarbstoffes,        dadurch    gekenn  zeichnet;

   dass man 2 - (4 -     Aminophenyl)-          (naphtho    -1',2' :4,5     --triazol)    -     5,7'-        disulfon-          säure,    den Farbstoff     m-Aminobenzoesäurre          -#-        2,5-Dimethogyanilin    und     4,4'-Dinitro-          sti.lben-2,2'-disulfonsäure    kondensiert.

   Zur       Reinigung    des Farbstoffes     kann    auch eine  Behandlung mit     einer        Natriumhypoehlorit-          lösung        angeschlossen    werden.  



  <I>Beispiel;</I>  36     Teile        2-,(4-Aminophenyl)-.(naphtho-          1',2'        :4,5-triazol)-5',7'-disulfonsäure,    31 Teile  des     Febstoffes        m-Aminobenzoesäure        -          2,5-Dimetho@gyanilin    und 47,4 Teile     4,4'-di:          nitrostilben-2',2'-disulfonsaures    Natrium wer  den in einem     Rührkessel    mit 700 Teilen  Wasser und 120 Teilen Natronlauge von       36'B6    12-15 Stunden unter     Rückfluss    z<U>um</U>  Sieden :erhitzt.

   Das     Kondensationsprodukt     wird mit     Kochsalz        ausgefällt        und        abfiltriert.       Zur     Reinigung    kann der Farbstoff wie  folgt behandelt werden:

   Er wird in. 500  Teilen     Wasser    und 30     Teilen    Natronlauge  36      B6    gelöst, 800 Teile     Natriumhypochlorit          (12%    Cl) zugegeben,     3-4        Stunden    auf 90  bis 100  erhitzt     und    nach     Beendigung    der  Reaktion     mit        Kochsalz        ausgesalzen.     



  Der     getrocknete    Farbstoff stellt ein  braunes     Pulver    dar; er löst sich in Wasser       mit        rotoranger,    in     konzentrierter    Schwefel  säure mit     blauvioletter    Farbe     und    färbt       Baumwolle    und regenerierte     Cellulose    in       lichteöhten        gelbstichig    roten Tönen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Stilben- farbstoffes,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2-.(4-Amiuophen31l)-(naphtho=1',2' :4,5-tri- azol) - 5',7' - disulfonsäure, den Farbstoff m - Aminöbenzoesäure --->- 2,5 - Dimethogy- anilin und 4,4'-Dinitrostilben-2,2'-di6ulfon- säure kondensiert.
