Description
verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Wallfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die 1-Amino-4-bromanthrachinon-2-sul- fonsäure mit 2,4-Dimethyl-3-aminobenzyl- diäthylamin kondensiert und das erhaltene Kondensationsprodukt mit einem sulfonieren- den Mittel bis zum Eintritt einer Sulfogruppe behandelt.
Der so erhaltene Farbstoff löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit rotstichig blauer Farbe, die auf Zusatz von Paraform- aldehyd nach gelbstichig grün umschlägt, und färbt Wolle in klaren, sehr rotstichig blauen Tönen von guter Lichtechtheit.
Er be sitzt ein sehr gutes Egalisierungsvermögen. <I>Beispiel:</I> 100 Teile 1-Amino-4-broma.nthraehinan- 2-sulfonsäure werden in etwa 5200 Teilen Wasser gelöst und 100 Teile Natriumbiearbo- nat, 10 Teile Kupfersulfat und eine Lösung von 70 Teilen 2,4-Dimethyl-3-aminobenzyl- diäthylamin in etwa 1800 Teilen Alkohol zu gesetzt. Die Reaktionsmischung wird nun mehrere Stunden zum Sieden erhitzt und das gebildete Kondensationsprodukt dann durch Ansäuern abgeschieden.
Es wird abgesaugt und mit heisser, verdünnter Salzsäure aus gewaschen, bis das Filtrat farblos abläuft.
30 Teile des obigen Kondensationsproduk- tes werden in einem Gemisch aus 300 Teilen Schwefelsäure-112onohydrat und 30 Teilen 20%igem Oleum gelöst. Die Reaktionsmasse wird ungefähr 20 Stunden auf 40-45' C er wärmt und dann mit Eis versetzt. Die stark mineralsaure Farbstofflösung wird nun mit Natronlauge von 33'B6, zweckmässig unter äusserer Kühlung, neutralisiert, wobei sich der gebildete Farbstoff ausscheidet. Er wird abgesaugt und mit Salzwasser von<B>15'B6</B> nachgewaschen:

It is filtered off with suction and washed with hot, dilute hydrochloric acid until the filtrate runs colorless.
30 parts of the above condensation product are dissolved in a mixture of 300 parts of sulfuric acid monohydrate and 30 parts of 20% strength oleum. The reaction mass is heated to 40-45 'C for about 20 hours and then ice is added. The strongly mineral acid dye solution is then neutralized with sodium hydroxide solution of 33'B6, expediently with external cooling, the dye formed being precipitated. It is vacuumed off and washed with salt water of <B> 15'B6 </B>:
