Description

  

      verfahren    zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoffes.       Et wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  wertvollen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man den       o-Oxyazofarbstoff,    welcher durch Vereinigen  von dianotiertem     5-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol    mit       2-(2'-Methoxy-4'-methyl)-phenylamino-5-oxy-          naphtalin-7-sulfosäure    entsteht, mit Chrom  abgebenden Mitteln behandelt.

   Der neue       Farbstoff    stellt ein dunkelblaues Pulver dar,  löst sich in Wasser mit blauer, in 10     o/oiger     Natronlauge mit grünstickig blauer, in kon  zentrierter Schwefelsäure mit rotvioletter Farbe  auf und färbt Wolle aus schwefelsaurem  Bade in grünstickig blauen, oder aus     soda-          alkalischem    Bade in grünstickig blauen Tönen  mit guten Echtheitseigenschaften.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  5,24 Gewichtsteile des     Farbstoffes    aus  dianotiertem     5-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol    und     2-          (2'-1VIethoxy-4'-methyl)-phenylamino-    5     -oxy-          naphtalin-7-sulfosäure    werden in 500 Teilen  Wasser gelöst und mit einer 1,52 Teilen       Cr20a    entsprechenden Menge     Fluorchrom     längere Zeit unter     Rüekfluss    zum Kochen    erhitzt. Hierauf wird die gebildete Chrom  verbindung durch Zugabe von Kochsalz aus  der Lösung abgeschieden und bei mässiger  Temperatur getrocknet.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chrom- haltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den o-Oxyazofarbstoff, welcher durch Vereinigen von dianotiertem 5-Nitro-2-amino- 1-phenol mit 2-(2'-Methoxy-4'-methyl)-phenyl- amino-5-oxynaphtalin-7-sulfosäure entsteht, mit Chrom abgebenden Mitteln behandelt.
