Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Farbstoffes der     Phenonaphtosafraninreihe.       Es wurde gefunden, dass ein neuer,  wertvoller Farbstoff entsteht, wenn man     1-          Amino    -5-     methyl        -4-monoäthylanilin-2-        sulfo-          säure    mit     3-Dimethylisorosindulin-2.    6 .     13-          trisulfosäure    der Formel:

Die     entstandene        Phenonaphto-          safranintrisulfosäure    enthält eine     Sulfo-          gruppe    in     Orthostellung    zum     Safraninstick-          stoff        (-16-Stellung),    wodurch die vorzüg  liche     Alkaliechtheit    der Färbungen bedingt       wird.     



  Der neue Farbstoff ist ein dunkles Pul  ver, das in Wasser mit blauer Farbe,     in          konzentrierter        Schwefelsäure        grasgrün        lös-          lieh    ist.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    200 Teile einer wässerigen Lösung, ent  haltend 30 Teile des     Mononatriumsalzes     der 3 -     Dimethylisorosindulin    - 2. 6. 13 -     tri-          sulfosäure    und 20 Teile     Natriumazetat    kri  stallisiert werden zusammen mit einer Lö  sung von 12 Teilen     1-Amino-5-methyl-4-          monoäthylanilin-2-sulfosäure        in    80 Teilen  Wasser und 3 Teilen Soda so lange gekocht,  bis eine Probe,

   in     konzentrierter    Schwefel  säure gelöst eine     rein        grüne    Farbe     zeigt.    Der       Farbstoff    wird mit Kochsalz ausgeschieden. Er  färbt die     änimalische    Faser aus saurem Bade  licht- und     alkaliecht    blau. Seine Konstitu  tion ist folgende:
