Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Farbstoffes. Das Hauptpatent betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Farbstoffes, bei dem 1- Amino - 4 - halogenanthrachinon - 2 - carbon - säuretaurid mit Anilin kondensiert wird.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man einen ähnlichen, ebenfalls sehr wertvollen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man 1-Amino-4-halogenanthra- chinon-2-carbonsäuretaurid mit p-Toluidin kondensiert. Die Kondensation wird zweck mässig in Gegenwart von Wasser unter Zu satz von säurebindenden Mitteln und Kataly satoren ausgeführt.
Der erhaltene Farbstoff, das 1-Amino-4- (p - toluidino) - anthrachinon - 2 - carbonsäure- taurid, färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in grün stichig blauen Tönen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 12 Teile 1-Amino-4-bromanthrachinon-2- carbonsäuretaurid (erhältlich zum Beispiel durch Kondensation von 1-Aminoanthrachi- non-2-carbonsäurechlorid mit Taurin in al kalischer Lösung und Bromieren) werden in 100 Teilen Wasser mit 12 Teilen Natrium- bicarbonat, 1 Teil Kupfersulfat und 15 Tei len p-Toluidin so lange auf<B>90'</B> C erhitzt, bis die Farbstoffbildung beendet ist. Nach dem Erkalten scheidet man den Farbstoff in der üblichen Weise ab.

The dye obtained, the 1-amino-4- (p - toluidino) - anthraquinone - 2 - carboxylic acid tauride, dyes wool from an acid bath in greenish blue shades.
<I> Example: </I> 12 parts of 1-amino-4-bromoanthraquinone-2-carboxylic acid tauride (obtainable for example by condensation of 1-aminoanthraquinone-2-carboxylic acid chloride with taurine in an alkaline solution and bromination) are added to 100 Parts of water with 12 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 1 part of copper sulfate and 15 parts of p-toluidine are heated to 90 ° C until dye formation has ended. After cooling, the dye is separated off in the usual way.
