Description
<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 213431. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines stielzstod'haltigen Kondensationsproduktes des Fluoranthens. Es wurde gefunden, dass ein stickstoff haltiges Kondensationsprodukt des Fluor- anthens hergestellt werden kann, wenn man (5'-Benzoylamino-l'-.anthrachinonyl-) (4'-ben- s zoylamino-1'-anthrachinonyl-),diaminof luor- anthen, worin die beiden sekundären Amino- gruppen dieselben Stellungen innehaben,
wie die beiden Bromatome im durch direktes Bromieren erhaltenen Dibromfluoranthen, mit kondensierenden Mitteln behandelt.
Das neue Kondensationsprodukt ist ein schwarzbraunes Pulver, das sich in konzen trierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe löst und Baumwolle. aus violetter Küpe in echten, braunen Tönen färbt.
Das.dem Verfahren als Ausgangsprodukt dienende (5'-Ben.zoylamino-1'-anthrachino- nyl-) (4'-benzoylamino-1'-anthrachinonyl-) di- aminofluoranthen kann durch Umsetzen von 1. Mol Dibromfluoranthen gleichzeitig mit 1 112o1 1-Amino-5-benzoylaminoanthrachinon, und 1 11o1 1-Amino-4-benzoylaminoanthra- eliinon beispielsweise nach dem Verfahren des Patentes Nr.
211047, erhalten werden.
Als kondensierende Mittel, die sauren oder alkalischen Charakter besitzen und die für sich allein, gegebenenfalls miteinander kombiniert oder zusammen mit indifferenten Lösungs- bezw. Verdünnungsmitteln verwen det werden können, kommen in Betracht: Aluminiumchlorid, Natriumamid, Acetyl- chlorid, Benzoylehlorid, Chlorsulfonsäure und besonders hochprozentige Schwefelsäure. Die Einwirkung der kondensierenden Mittel kann bei tiefer, mittlerer oder gegebenenfalls stark erhöhter Temperatur vorgenommen werden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 1 Teil des Produktes, erhalten durch gleich- zeitige Umsetzung von 1 Mol Dibromfluor- anthen mit 1 Mol 1-Amino-4-benzoylamino- anthrachinon und 1 Mal 1-Amino-5-benzoyl- amino-anthrachinon nach Patent Nr.
211047, wird in 18 Teile 96%ige Schwefelsäure ein- betragen und 5 Stunden bei ?0 " gerührt. Die erhaltene Lösung trägt man auf Eis ans, gibt 0,3 Teile Natriumnitrit hinzu und rührt wäh rend 16 Stunden bei 0-5 . Der Farbstoff s wird filtriert, gewasehen und betr#oel:net.
