Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen,     stickstoffhaltigen        Küpenfarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass     man    einen neuen,  stickstoffhaltigen     ]#üpenfarbstoff    erhält,  wenn man 1     Mol.        Dihalogen-allo-ms-naphto-          dianthron,    das durch     Halogenieren    von     allo-          ms-Naphtodianthron    hergestellt ist, mit       Mol.        1-Aminoanthrachinon    kondensiert.  



  Die     Kondensation    wird zweckmässig in       Lösungs-        oder,Suspensionsmitteln    und in     An-          oder    Abwesenheit von     säurebindenden    Mit-         teln    ausgeführt.    Als Lösungsmittel oder     Suspeusionsmittel     kommen besonders solche von hohem Siede  punkt, wie Nitrobenzol oder Naphtalin in  Betracht. Es ist vorteilhaft, während der  Reaktion Katalysatoren, wie zum Beispiel       Kupfercarbonat    oder Kupferoxyd, zuzuset  zen.  



  Der neue,     stickstoffhaltige        Küpenfarb-          stoff,        Diaminoanthrachinonyl-        allo-ms-naph-          to,dianthron,        kristallisiert    in     violetten    Nadeln,  löst sich mit grüner Farbe in konzentrierter    Schwefelsäure und färbt Baumwolle aus vio  letter     Küpe        violettsticliig    grau.  



       Beispiel:     9,5 Teile     Dichlor-allo-ms-naphtodianthron     werden in 100 Teilen Nitrobenzol mit 10  Teilen     1-Aminoanthrachinon,    8 Teilen Na  triumacetat und 1 Teil Kupferoxyd solange  gekocht, bis das     Reaktionsprodukt    chlorfrei  ist. Der Farbstoff wird abgesaugt, mit ver  dünnter Salzsäure ausgekocht, mit Wasser  nachgewaschen und getrocknet.

       Example: 9.5 parts of dichloro-allo-ms-naphtodianthrone are boiled in 100 parts of nitrobenzene with 10 parts of 1-aminoanthraquinone, 8 parts of sodium acetate and 1 part of copper oxide until the reaction product is chlorine-free. The dye is filtered off with suction, boiled with dilute hydrochloric acid, washed with water and dried.

Dihalogen- allo-ms-Naphtodianthron, hergestellt durch Halogenieren von allo-ms-N aphtodianthron, mit 2 Mol. 1-Aminoanthrachinon kondensiert.
