Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Nüpenfarbstoffes der Anthrachinonreihe. Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpenfarbstoffes der Anthrachinonreihe beschrieben, bei dem das Einwirkungsprodukt von 2 Mol. 1-Amino- anthrachinon auf 1 Hol 5 . 8-Dihalogen-1 . 2- benzanthrachinon mit einem sauren Konden sationsmittel behandelt wird.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man in analoger Weise einen Küpenfarbstoff der Anthrachinonreihe von ähnlichen Eigen schaften erhalten kann, wenn man das Ein wirkungsprodukt von 2; Mol. 1-Amino-5- benzoylamino-anthrachinon auf 1 Mol. 5. 8 Dihalogen-l.2-benzanthrachinon mit einem sauren Kondensationsmittel behandelt.
Der neue Farbstoff löst sich in Schwef elsäur emonohydrat mit blauer Farbe und färbt Baumwolle aus der warmen, rot braunen Hydrosulfitküpe in schönen, reinen, braunen Tönen. <I>Beispiel:</I> Teile des Einwirkungsproduktes von 2 Mol. 1-Amino-5-benzoyl-aminoanthrachinon auf 1 Mol. 5.8-Dichlor-1.2-benzanthrachi- non werden in eine unter Kühlung her gestellte Lösung von 8 Teilen Aluminium chlorid in 16 Teilen Pyridin bei 100 C ein getragen.
Hierauf rührt man so lange bei 125 bis<B>130'</B> C, bis die Reaktion beendet ist. Man verdünnt mit Wasser und arbeitet in der üblichen Weise auf, wobei man zweckmässig den erhaltenen rohen Farb stoff durch Verküpen und Wiederausfällen reinigt.

The new dye dissolves in sulfuric acid emonohydrate with a blue color and dyes cotton from the warm, red-brown hydrosulfite vat in beautiful, pure, brown tones. <I> Example: </I> Parts of the product of action of 2 moles. 1-Amino-5-benzoyl-aminoanthraquinone to 1 mole. 5.8-dichloro-1.2-benzanthraquinone are poured into a solution of 8 parts of aluminum produced with cooling chloride in 16 parts of pyridine at 100 C.
The mixture is then stirred at 125 to 130 ° C. until the reaction has ended. It is diluted with water and worked up in the customary manner, expediently purifying the crude dye obtained by vatting and reprecipitation.
