Description

  

  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr.<B>167803.</B>    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chromhaltigen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen  chromhaltigen     Azofarbstoff    herstellen kann,  wenn man den     Azofarbstoff    aus     6-Brom-1-          diazo-2-oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure    und     2-          Oxynaphthalin    mit einem chromabgebenden  Mittel in solchen Mengen, dass der     chromier-          baren    Gruppe des     Farbstoffmoleküls    weniger  als 1 Atom Chrom entspricht, sowie in     Ge,

            genwart    löslicher Salze organischer Säuren  behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene chromhaltige     Azofarbstoff     löst sich mit blauer Farbe leicht in Wasser  und färbt Wolle aus     organischsaurem-schwe-          felsaurem    Bade in blauen Tönen von aus  gezeichneten     Echtheiten.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  49,5 Teile des     Azofarbstoffes    aus     6--Brom-          1-diazo-2-oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure    und     2-          Oxynaphthalin    werden in 1000 Teilen Was  ser in Gegenwart von 6     Vol.-Teilen    30 %     iger     Natronlauge gelöst. Man setzt     hieneuf    40,8  Teile     Natriumazetat,    sowie eine Chrom-         fluoridlösung,    enthaltend 4,5 Teile     Cr#.0z,     2 Teile     Fluorwasserstoffsäure    und 5 Teile  einer 85%igen Ameisensäure, hinzu und  kocht einige Zeit rückfliessend.

   Die erhaltene  blaue Lösung wird nach Klärfiltration ein  geengt und der chromhaltige Farbstoff durch  Beigabe von Kochsalz abgeschieden.  



  Zu demselben Farbstoffe gelangt man,  wenn statt     Chromfluorid    andere chrom  abgebende Mittel, wie zum Beispiel Chrom  azetat,     Chromformiat,        benzolsulfonsaures     Chrom oder     Gemische    solcher     Chromierungs-          mittel    verwendet werden.  



  Ebenso wird der gleiche Farbstoff er  halten, wenn das im Beispiele verwendete       Natriumazetat    durch andere lösliche Salze  organischer Säuren,     wie    zum Beispiel durch       Natriumazetat    oder durch     Natriumoxalat,    er  setzt wird.

  The chromium-containing azo dye obtained dissolves easily in water with a blue color and dyes wool from organic acid-sulfuric acid bath in blue shades with excellent fastness properties.



  <I> Example: </I> 49.5 parts of the azo dye from 6 - bromo-1-diazo-2-oxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid and 2-oxynaphthalene are water in 1000 parts in the presence of 6 parts by volume 30% sodium hydroxide solution dissolved. 40.8 parts of sodium acetate and a chromium fluoride solution containing 4.5 parts of Cr # .0z, 2 parts of hydrofluoric acid and 5 parts of an 85% strength formic acid are then added and the mixture is refluxed for some time.

   The blue solution obtained is concentrated after clarification by filtration and the chromium-containing dye is separated off by adding sodium chloride.



  The same colorant is obtained if, instead of chromium fluoride, other chromium-releasing agents are used, such as chromium acetate, chromium formate, benzenesulfonic acid chromium or mixtures of such chromating agents.



  Likewise, the same dye is obtained if the sodium acetate used in the example is replaced by other soluble salts of organic acids, such as, for example, sodium acetate or sodium oxalate.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chromhal tigen Azofarbstoffes,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Azofarbstoff aus 8-Brom-1 diazo-2-ogynaphthalin-44-sulfonsäure und 2- Ogynaphthalin mit einem chromabgebenden Mittel in solchen Mengen, dass der chromier- baren Gruppe des Farbstoffmoleküls weniger als 1 Atom Chrom entspricht, sowie in Ge genwart löslicher Salze organischer Säuren behandelt.
