Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  Farbstoff erhält, wenn man den     Azofarbstoff     aus     diazotierter        1-Amino-2-oxynaphtalin-4-          sulfosäure    und     a-Naphtol    mit     Chromichromat     behandelt.

   Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein  schwärzliches Pulver, löst sich in Wasser       und        in        10        %        iger        Natronlauge        mit        schwärz-          lichblauer    Farbe und färbt Wolle aus schwefel  saurem Bade in blauen Tönen mit guten  Echtheitseigenschaften.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>  39,4 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     diazotierter          1-Amino-2-ogynaphtalin-4-sulfosäure    und a  .     Naphtol    werden in 1500 Teilen Wasser       kochend        gelöst        und        mit        einer        7%igen        Chro-          michromatpaste,    hergestellt zum Beispiel aus       Natriumbichromat    und     Natriumthiosulfat,       deren     Gesamtchromgehalt    22,

  8 Teilen     Cr2        0s     entspricht, längere Zeit am     Rückflusskühler     gekocht. Das überschüssige Chromoxyd wird  hierauf filtriert und der Farbstoff durch Ein  dampfen und     Aussalzen    isoliert.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Azofarbstoff aus diazotierter 1-Amino-2- oxynaphtalin-4-sulfosäure und a-Naphtol mit Chromichromat behandelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein schwärzliches Pulver, löst sich in Wasser und in 10 0%iger Natronlauge mit schwärzlichblauer Farbe und färbt Wolle aus schwefelsaurem Bade in blauen Tönen mit guten Echtheitseigenschaften.
