Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Farbstoff    erhält; wenn man den     Azofarbstoff     aus dianotierter     1-Phenol-2-amino-4-chlor-5-          sulfosäure    und     1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon     mit     Chromichromat    behandelt. Der neue Farb  stoff bildet ein     schwärzlichbraunes    Pulver,  löst sich in Wasser und in 10     %iger    Natron  lauge mit roter Farbe und färbt Wolle aus  schwefelsaurem Bade in roten Tönen mit  guten Echtheitseigenschaften.  



       Beispiel:     40,8 Teile des Farbstoffes aus dianotierter       1-Phenol-2-amino-4-chlor-5-sulfosäure    und     1-          Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon    werden in 1200  Teilen Wasser kochend gelöst und mit einer  7     0%igen        Chromichromatpaste,    hergestellt zum  Beispiel aus     Natriumbichromat    und     Natrium-          thiosulfat,    deren     C-fesamtchromgehalt   <B>22,8</B>  Teilen     Cr20s    entspricht, längere Zeit am         Rückflusskühler    gekocht.

   Das überschüssige  Chromoxyd     wird    hierauf filtriert und der       Farbstoff    durch Eindampfen und     Aussalzen     isoliert.

       Example: 40.8 parts of the dye from dianotized 1-phenol-2-amino-4-chloro-5-sulfonic acid and 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone are dissolved in 1200 parts of boiling water and treated with a 70% igen chromium chromate paste, made for example from sodium dichromate and sodium thiosulphate, whose total carbon chromium content corresponds to <B> 22.8 </B> parts of Cr20s, boiled for a long time on a reflux condenser.

   The excess chromium oxide is then filtered off and the dye isolated by evaporation and salting out.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Azofarbstoff aus dianotierter 1- Phenol-2-amino-4-chlor-5-sulfosäure und 1- Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon mit Chromichro- mat behandelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein schwärzlichbraunes Pulver, löst sich in Was ser und in 10 0%iger Natronlauge mit roter Farbe und färbt Wolle aus schwefelsaurem Bade in roten Tönen mit guten Echtheits eigenschaften.
