Description
<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 115111 Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man den Azofarbstoff aus dianotierter 1-Amino-benzol-4-chlor-3-sul- fosäure und Salizylsäure mit Chromichromat behandelt.
Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein gel bes Pulver, löst sich in Wasser und in 10 o/oiger Natronlauge rnit gelber Farbe und färbt Wolle aus schwefelsaurem Bade in grün stichiggelben Tönen mit guten Echtheitseigen schaften.
Beispiel: 37,8 Teile des Farbstoffes aus dianotier ter 1-Aminobenzol-4-chlor-3-sirlfosäure und Salizylsäure werden in 1200 Teilen Wasser kochend gelöst und mit einer 7o/oigen Chro- michromatpaste, hergestellt zum Beispiel aus Natriumbichromat und Natriumthiosulfat, de ren Gesamtchromgehalt 22,8 Teilen Crs0a entspricht, längere Zeit am Rücliflusskühler gekocht.
Das überschüssige Chromoxyd wird hierauf filtriert und der Farbstoff durch Ein dampfen und Aussalzen isoliert.
