Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  Farbstoff erhält, wenn man den     Azofarbstoff     aus dianotierter     1-Amino-2-oxynaphtalin-4-          sulfosäure    und     1-(3'-nitro)-phenyl-3-methyl-5-          pyrazolon    mit     Chromichromat    behandelt. Der  neue     Farbstoff    bildet ein braunes Pulver,  löst sich in Wasser und in 10%iger Natron  lauge mit blauroter Farbe und färbt Wolle  aus schwefelsaurem Bade in blauroten Tönen  mit guten Echtheitseigenschaften.  



       Beispiel:     49 Teile des Farbstoffes aus dianotierter       1-Amino-2-oxynaphtalin-4-sulfosäure    und 1  (3'-nitro)-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon werden  in 1200 Teilen Wasser kochend gelöst und  mit einer     7o/oigen        Chromichromatpaste,    her  gestellt zum Beispiel aus     Natriumbichromat     und     Natriumthiosulfat,    deren Gesamtchrom  gehalt 2278 Teilen     Crg0s    entspricht, längere    Zeit am     Rückflusskühler    gekocht. Das über  schüssige Chromoxyd wird hierauf filtriert  und der     Farbstoff    durch Eindampfen und       Aussalzen    isoliert.

       Example: 49 parts of the dye from dianotized 1-amino-2-oxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid and 1 (3'-nitro) -phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone are dissolved in 1200 parts of boiling water and diluted with a 7o / o Chromichromate paste, made for example from sodium dichromate and sodium thiosulfate, the total chromium content of which corresponds to 2278 parts of Crg0s, boiled for a long time on a reflux condenser. The excess chromium oxide is then filtered and the dye is isolated by evaporation and salting out.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Azofarbstoff aus dianotierter 1-Amino-2- oxynaphtalin-4-sulfosäure und 1-(3'nitro)- phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon mit Chromichro- mat behandelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein braunes Pulver, löst sich in Wasser und in 10o/oiger Natronlauge mit blauroter Farbe und färbt Wolle aus schwefelsaurem Bade in blauroten Tönen mit guten Echtheitseigen schaften.
