Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen, wertvollen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man den Azofarbstoff, den man durch Kup peln von 1 Mol. diazotiertem 5-Nitro-2- amino-l-phenol mit 1 Mol. 1-Naphthylamin- 5-sulfosäure erhalten kann, mit Chromfluo- rid behandelt. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein schwärzliches Pulver dar und färbt Wolle aus schwefelsaurem Bade in grünen Tönen mit vorzüglichen Echtheitseigenschaften.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 50 Teile- des Natriumsalzes des aus di- azotiertem 5-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol und 1- Naphthylamin-5-sulfosäure erhältlichen Farb stoffes werden in 900 Teilen Wasser kochend gelöst, mit 18 Teilen Chromoxyd in Form von Chromfluorid versetzt und in Gegenwart von Glaspulver längere Zeit rückfliessend gekocht. Durch Eindampfen und Aussalzen wird der neue chromhaltige Farbstoff ge wonnen.
Process for the production of a new dye. It has been found that a new, valuable dye is obtained if the azo dye, which is obtained by coupling 1 mol of diazotized 5-nitro-2-amino-1-phenol with 1 mol. 1-naphthylamine-5-sulfonic acid can be obtained, treated with chromium fluoride. The new dye is a blackish powder and dyes wool from sulfuric acid bath in green shades with excellent fastness properties.
<I> Example: </I> 50 parts of the sodium salt of the dye obtainable from diacotized 5-nitro-2-amino-1-phenol and 1-naphthylamine-5-sulfonic acid are dissolved in 900 parts of boiling water with 18 parts of chromium oxide are added in the form of chromium fluoride and refluxed for a long time in the presence of glass powder. The new chromium-containing dye is obtained by evaporation and salting out.
