Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines in roten Tönen     färbenden        ehromhaltigen    Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass- man einen in  roten Tönen färbenden chromhaltigen Farb  stoff erhalten kann, wenn man den     Azofarb-          stoff    aus     diazotierter        4-NIethyl-2-amino-l-          phenol-5-sulfonsäure    und     1-(3'-Sulfo-)phenyl-          3-methyl-5-py        razolon    mit chromabgebenden  Mitteln behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene chromhaltige Farbstoff  stellt ein braunrotes Pulver dar, das sich in  Wasser, 10%iger     Natronlauge    oder Soda  lösung mit orangeroter und in konzentrierter       Schwefelsäure    mit gelbbrauner Farbe löst.  Er färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in sehr       gleichmässigen    roten Tönen von sehr guter  Licht- und     Walkechtheit.       <I>Beispiel:

  </I>  490 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     diazotierter          4-Methyl-2-amino-l-phenol-5-sulfonsäure    und  1- (3'-     Sulfo-)        phenyl    -3     -methyl    - 5 -     pyrazolon     werden mit 5000 Teilen Wasser und einer  78 Teile Chromoxyd     enthaltenden        Chrom-          sulfatlösung        unter        Rückfluss    zum Sieden er-         hitzt.    Nach beendeter     Chromierung        wird    die       Farbstofflösung    mit Soda neutralisiert,

       wenn          nötig    filtriert und hierauf im Vakuum zur  Trockne eingedampft.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines in roten Tönen färbenden chromhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Azo- farbstoff aus diazotierter 4-Methyl-2-amino- 1-phenol-5-sulfonsäure und 1-(3'-Sulfo-)phe- nyl-3-m#ethyl-5-pyrazolon mit chromabgeben den Mitteln behandelt.
