Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Darstellung    eines     o-Ogyazofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass durch     Kuppeln     von     diazotierter        4-Clrlor--2-anrino-l-oxybenzol-          6-sulfonsäure    mit     2-(4'-Dtethylplliienyl)-aulfoyl-          amino-6-oxynaphthalin-8-sulforrsäure    ein Farb  stoff erhalten wird, der durch     Nachchro-          mieren    der in saurem Bade     entstehenden          Färbungen    gleichmässige, blaugraue Fär  bungen von ausgezeichneten Echtheitseigen  schaften liefert.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  22,4 kg     4-Chlor-2-anrino-l-oxyberrzol-6-          sulfonsäure    werden in üblicher Weise diano  tiert. Die     Diazolösung,    deren Mineralsäure  mit     Natriumbikarbonat        abgestumpft    wird,  fliesst zu einer Lösung von 39,5 kg 2-(4'       Methylphenyl)-sulfoylamirro-6-oxynaphthalin-          8-sulfonsäure    (hergestellt durch Behandeln  von     2-Amirro-6-oxynaphthalin-8-srrlfonsäure     mit     4-Methylbenzol-l-sulfonsäurechlorid    in  saurer Lösung nach bekanntem Verfahren)  in 250 Liter Wasser und 10 kg Natrium  bikarbonat.  



  Nach beendeter Kupplung wird filtriert.  Der Farbstoff, ein dunkles Pulver, löst sich    in Wasser essigsauer blaurot,     sodaalkalisch     blau und in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure  violett. Er färbt Wolle     aas    saurem Bade  rotviolett. Beim     Nachchromieren    der Färbung  erhält man ein lichtechtes Blaugrau.

  <I> Example: </I> 22.4 kg of 4-chloro-2-anrino-1-oxyberrzene-6-sulfonic acid are dianoed in the usual way. The diazo solution, the mineral acid of which is truncated with sodium bicarbonate, flows to a solution of 39.5 kg of 2- (4 'methylphenyl) -sulfoylamirro-6-oxynaphthalene-8-sulfonic acid (prepared by treating 2-amirro-6-oxynaphthalene-8 -srrlfonsäure with 4-methylbenzene-l-sulfonic acid chloride in acidic solution by a known method) in 250 liters of water and 10 kg of sodium bicarbonate.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines o-Oxy- azofarbstoffes, der durch Nachehromieren der in saurem Bade entstehenden Färbungen gleichmässige, blaugraue Färbungen von aus gezeichneten Echtheitseigenschaften liefert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4-Chlor- 2-diazo-l-oxybenzol-6-sulfonsäure mit 2-(4' Methylphenyl)-sulfoylamino - 6-oxynaphtbali n- 8-sulfonsäure kuppelt.
