Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     o-OgyazofarbstofFes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass durch Kuppeln  von dianotierter     6-Nitro-:3-amino-l-oxybenzol-          4-sulfonsäure    mit     2-(4'-Äthoxyphenyl)-amino-          6-oxynaphthalin-8-sulfonsäure    ein     Farbstoff     erhalten wird, der durch     Nachchromieren    der  in saurem Bade entstehenden     Färbungen     gleichmässige, graue     Färbungen    von ausge  zeichneten Echtheitseigenschaften liefert.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    23,4 kg     6-Nitro-2-amino-l-oxyberrzol-4-          sulfonsäure    werden wie üblich dianotiert. Die       Diazolösung    gibt man zu einer     sodaalkalischen     Lösung von 36 kg     2-(4'-Äthoxyphenyl)-amino-          6-oxynaplrthalin-8-sulforrsäure,    hergestellt in  bekannter Weise durch     Phenylieren    von     2-          Amino-6-oxyrraphthalin-8-sulforrsärnre    mit     p-          Phenetidin.    Nach beendeter Kupplung wird  filtriert.

   Der     Farbstoff,    ein dunkles Pulver,  löst sich in Wasser grünblau und in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure blaurot. Er färbt Wolle    aus saurem Bade blau. Die     nachchromierte          Färbung    ist grau. Sie besitzt sehr gute Echt  heitseigenschaften.
