Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen  neuen, wertvollen Farbstoff erhält, wenn  man den     Azofarbstoff,    den man durch Kup  peln von 1     Mol.        diazotierter        Pikraminsäure     mit 1     Mol.        1-Naphtliylamin-4-sulfosäure    er  halten kann, mit     Chromfluorid    behandelt.  Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein schwärzliches  Pulver dar und färbt Wolle aus schwefel  saurem Bade in     dunkelolivegrünen    Tönen  mit vorzüglichen Echtheitseigenschaften.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  48,9 Teile des     Natriumsalzes    des aus     di-          azotierter        Pikraminsäure    und     1-Naphthyl-          amin-4-sulfosäure    erhältlichen Farbstoffes  werden in 900 Teilen Wasser kochend ge  löst, mit 18 Teilen Chromoxyd in Form von       Chromfluorid    versetzt und in Gegenwart von    Glaspulver längere Zeit rückfliessend ge  kocht. Durch Eindampfen und     Aussalzen     wird der neue chromhaltige Farbstoff ge  wonnen.

  <I> Example: </I> 48.9 parts of the sodium salt of the dye obtainable from diacotized picric acid and 1-naphthylamine-4-sulfonic acid are dissolved in 900 parts of boiling water with 18 parts of chromium oxide in the form of chromium fluoride added and refluxed for a long time in the presence of glass powder. The new chromium-containing dye is obtained by evaporation and salting out.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Azofarbstoff, den man durch Kup peln von 1 Mol. diazotierter Pikraminsäure mit 1 Mol. 1-Naphthylamin-4-sulfosäure er halten kann, mit Chromfluorid behandelt. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein -schwärzliches Pulver dar und färbt Wolle aus schwefel saurem Bade in dunkelolivegrünen Tönen mit vorzüglichen Echtheitseigenschaften.
