Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     ehromhaltigen    Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass ein chromhaltiger       Azofarbstoff    hergestellt werden kann, wenn  man den     Azofarbstoff,    der durch Kuppeln  von dianotierter     4-Nitro-2-acnino-l-oxybenzol-          6-sulfonsäure    mit     2-Oxynaphthalin    und     Ni-          trierung    des erhaltenen     Farbstoffes    herge  stellt wird, mit chromabgebenden Mitteln  behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene chromhaltige     Azofarbstoff     stellt ein     violettschwarzes    Pulver dar, das  sich in Wasser mit     violettroter,    in 10     o;oiger          Sodalösung,    sowie in 10     %iger    Natronlauge  mit braunroter Farbe löst. In konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure löst er sich mit blaustichig  roter Farbe. Er färbt Wolle aus schwefel  saurem Bade in braunroten Tönen von sehr  guten     Echtheiten.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  45,6 Teile des nitrierten     o-Oxyazofarb-          etOffes    aus , dianotierter     4-Nitro-2-amino-l-          \OZYbenzol-6-sulfonsäure    und     2-Oxynaphthalin       werden in 800 Teilen Wasser gelöst, mit 120       Vol.-Teilen    einer     Chromformiatlösung,    ent  sprechend 9,2 Teilen     Cr2O3,    versetzt und  rückfliessend etwa 16 Stunden gekocht.

   Durch  Beigabe von Kochsalz wird der neue     chrom-          haltige        Farbstoff    abgeschieden; dann wird  filtriert, in verdünnter Natronlauge gelöst  und nach dem Neutralisieren mit verdünnter  Ameisensäure erneut     ausgesalzen.    Hierauf  filtriert man abermals und trocknet.  



  Zu demselben chromhaltigen Farbstoffe  gelangt man, wenn statt des     Chromformiats          andere    chromabgebende     Mittel,wiezum    Beispiel  Chromacetat oder Chromsulfat, verwendet  werden.

  The chromium-containing azo dye obtained is a purple-black powder which dissolves in water with purple-red, in 10% sodium hydroxide solution, and in 10% sodium hydroxide solution with a brown-red color. It dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a bluish red color. It dyes wool from a sulphurous acid bath in brown-red shades with very good fastness properties.



  <I> Example: </I> 45.6 parts of the nitrated o-Oxyazofarb- etOffes from dianotated 4-nitro-2-amino-1- \ OZYbenzene-6-sulfonic acid and 2-oxynaphthalene are dissolved in 800 parts of water, 120 parts by volume of a chromium formate solution, corresponding to 9.2 parts of Cr2O3, are added and refluxed for about 16 hours.

   The new chromium-containing dye is deposited by adding table salt; it is then filtered, dissolved in dilute sodium hydroxide solution and, after neutralization, salted out again with dilute formic acid. It is then filtered again and dried.



  The same chromium-containing colorant is obtained if other chromium-releasing agents, such as chromium acetate or chromium sulfate, are used instead of the chromium formate.

Nitrierung des erhaltenen Farbstoffes hergestellt wird, mit chromabgebenden Mit teln behandelt.
