Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen, stickstoffhaltigen Itüpenfarbstoffes. Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen, stickstoffhaltigen hüpenfarbstoffes beschrieben, wonach man 1 Mol. Dihalogen-allo-ms-naphtodianthron, erhalten durch Halogenieren von allo-- ms-Nap@htoid'ianthron, mit 2 Mol. 1-Amino- anthracIiinon kondensiert.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass ein neuer, stickstoffhaltiger Küpenfarbstoff ent steht, wenn man 1 Mol. Tetrahalo:gen- allo-ms-naphtodianthron, hergestellt durch Halogenieren von allo-ms-Naphtodianthron, mit 4 Mol. 1. 5-Diaminoanthraehinon kon densiert.
Die Kondensation wird zweckmässig in Lösungs- oder Suspensionsmitteln und in An- oder Abwe--enheit von säurebinden-- den Mitteln ausgeführt. Als Lösungs- oder Suspensionsmittel kommen besonders solche von hohem .Siedepunkt, wie Nitrobenzol oder Naphtalin, in Betracht.
Es ist vorteilhaft, während der Reaktion Katalysatoren, wie zum Beispiel Kupferkarbonat oder Kupfer oxyd, zuzusetzen. Der neue Küpenfarbstoff ist ein violett schwarzes Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit :grüner Farbe löst und aus violetter güpe Baumwolle dunkelgrau färbt. , Beispiel:
