Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen, stickstoffhaltigen Küpenfarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, :dass man einen neuen, stickstoffhaltigen Küpenfarbstoff erhalten kann, wenn man 1 Mol. Tetrakalogen-all:o- ms-nap,hto,dianthron, :dargestellt @durch Halo genieren .von a.ll,o-ms-naphto:
dianthron, mit 4 Mol. einer verseifba.ren organischen Ver bindung des Ammoniaks, zum Beispiel p T'oluolsulfamid, behandelt und den orga.ni- ,ehen Rest durch Verseifen abspaltet, zum 13f.ispie1 :dure:h Umlösen aus Schwefelsäure.
Die Kondensation wird zweckmässig in Lösu.nga- oder Suspensioasmitteln und in An oder Abwesenheit von säurebindenden Mit teln ausgeführt. Als Lösungs- oder Suspen- sionsmittel kommen besonders solche von hohem Siedepunkt, wie Nitrobenzol oder Naphtalin, in Betracht. Es ist vorteilhaft, während, der Reaktion Katalysatoren, wie zum Beispiel Kupferkarbonat oder Kupfer oxyd, zuzusetzen..
Der neue stickstoffhaltige Küpenfa.rb- Stoff ist ein violettes Pulver, das @s@ich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe löst und Baumwolle aus violetter Küpe in grauvioletten, chlorechten Tönen färbt.
